“Best Coffee in Noosa”
Reviewed October 4, 2012

We are frequent visitors here, for a coffee and some sweet dessert etc and besides being in a very nice homeware shop they do preapre very good coffee. As hotel/resto/coffee shop owners ourselves we are somewhat pedantic when it comes to good coffee, and we do enjoy our regular visits. Its out of the way a bit but next to Harvey Normans, so worth the visit

“Grab a coffee, a snack and shop for homewares”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

I don't know how many tourists would come across this place. I did purely by accident since it is across the road from a small shopping centre and smack in the middle of some large-ish retail buildings. What I was looking for was a cheap pair of 2x reading glasses since I'd just dropped mine somewhere and a collection of women sitting at tables drinking coffee seemed a likely source of advice. I think my mistake was using the word "cheap" when approaching the first mature-age blonde. The very sound of the word turned her white and she started quivering at the very notion since she was surrounded by upmarket homewares. She assured me there were none, nor likely to be any, in THESE shops. While she was getting her outrage under control I happened to look up just behind her and discovered a whole rack of them ... which I took no small pleasure in pointing out to her (I confess though, that I got even cheaper ones across the road at The Reject Shop). The upside was discovering this very nice little coffee shop and café surrounded by classy homewares. The coffee was just fine and I had a very tasty sweet potato, apple and celery salad (I may wear cheap reading glasses but there's nothing cheap about what I eat).
This place does a very very nice business of what I assume are all locals ... and nearly all women.
