“Ok Thai food”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

Lovely restaurant decor and ambience but food and service was average. Staff took 20 mins to take our order and provide glasses for our BYO. Ordered jungle curry and panang curry with coconut rice and roti bread. Both curries were a little over sweet and the coconut rice was claggy. Definitely not as good as our local Thai place in Melbourne. Roti bread was pleasantly flaky. Portions were a good size though. Heard a party of 4 people nearby complaining that their food hadn't been served together and the manager was very rude to them. Think we would give other Thai places in Noosa a go before returning here.

“Generous portions and value for money.”
Reviewed February 18, 2014

We arrived on a Saturday evening at 6.30pm, having thankfully, reserved a table as the restaurant was already busy and people were queuing to get in. Having been shown to our table and handed menus we were left for 15 minutes without any further assistance, until my husband attracted the attention of a waitress to say we would like to order and could we have wine glasses and an ice bucket (BYO wine allowed). It was obvious the wait staff were under a lot of pressure and probably needed more help to handle the number of customers, especially big groups, who all seemed to arrive at the same time. The service was chaotic, no one person seemed responsible for looking after specific tables, but the staff were friendly and doing their best. The food when it arrived, some while later, was fresh and the portions generous. My husband enjoyed all the dishes: Chicken Pad Thai noodles, Spicy Beef and Spicy Vegetables. I didn't share his enjoyment, as I thought the dishes came with far too much sauce and lacked that glorious zingy freshness of Thai dishes. Neither of us enjoyed the Thai fishcakes, which as is so often the case, were tasteless and rubbery. But we couldn't fault them for offering value for money and judging by the number of diners my view of the food could be in the minority and most, like my husband, would give it the thumbs up.

“Best Thai Meal, and service of food in a long time!”
Reviewed February 10, 2014

After being recommended this restaurant by one of my cousins, I had high expectations of the food. Those expectations were met, above and beyond. Fantastic service, great food, great prices.

Reviewed February 9, 2014 via mobile

We are Belgian. Our daughter Tessa lives in Melbourne. Every time we are in Noosa we like to come here. The food is realy good and not expensive at all. Nice restaurant and the service is friendly. We were very lucky our australian family knows this place and also know what to order ! They ordered 3 dishes and we had more than enough for 4. The sticky rice with coconut was yummie !

“Thai at it's best”
Reviewed February 3, 2014

We have eaten here for many years and the food never fails to impress, a great night out, inexpensive and very authentic, a holiday in Noosa must include a night at this great place.
