Description: Inspired by, and named after the hot Saharan wind that sweeps across North Africa and the Mediterranean basin and into Europe, you will find Sirocco Noosa to be an exciting new culinary experience. Our menu is modern Australian with the flavour influenced by essence of North African, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Turkish cuisine- to name a few. Our culinary creations are infused with exotic spices such as harissa, sumac and za’atar which are married delectably with the freshest ingredients, including free range eggs and organic milk. Sirocco is all about interaction – with friends, the river, our amazing flavours and our own Sirocco breeze.

We called ahead to warn we were bringing a group of 9 in for breakfast at 10.00am, and although we were told it was generally unnecessary, they were grateful of the warning so they could arrange seating for our group.

When we arrived we were escorted to our prepared table and presented with menus. Most other breakfast diners had left, or were already eating, with only 2-3 other small groups (2-4 diners) arriving during our stay. After providing table water, coffee orders were taken and delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Most of us had coffee and had ordered our much needed breakfasts by 10.15am........then we waited....and waited....and were served some more water...and we waited and drank more water.....At 10.45 the manager assured us that the "meals are right on their way now" - which we reasonably expected to mean something like being plated up. As we continued to wait patiently and growing ever more hungry, the first of our meals finally started to arrive at about 11.10am - nearly a full hour after being ordered. Even then, there was a long delay between the first and the last meals being served - in no particular order, which actually resulted in the first members of our group being finished their meals, before the last ones had even been served.

However, the one saving grace of this place was that the food itself was a pretty decent standard, and relatively substantial. Unfortunately after such a long wait, one of our guest's meal was actually deemed 'too cold to eat' (eggs Benny) - but when brought to the attention of the waitstaff it was whisked away and replaced in less than 5 mins (leaving us wondering why the previous service had been so slow!!!). Having replaced the eggs, each of us agreed that the food was quite good - our meals having ranged from the Eggs Benny, Eggs Chachouka, Spanish Omlette, French Toast with Bacon and a Big Brekky or two.

No excuse, reasonable apology or discount, was given for the delay in our meals, which sadly took the edge off the start to our day and the end what had been a great weekend. I'm not sure whether I'd bother to go back again as (other than the very efficient water girl) the service was very disappointing.

I have heard about Sirocco for a long time by friends that live in Melbourne who frequently go to Noosa for holidays and praise Sirocco's coffee, food and service staff.
After an hour I stepped off the plane at the Sunshine Coast Terminal from a flight departing from Sydney, my family and I were in need for lunch.
The moment we stepped into Sirocco we were greeted by a blonde waitress who smiled the entire time we were there, she told us her own recommendations for some tapas - which were surprisingly filling. My husband and I shared the Cuttlefish, Octopus and a Tomato salad. The 3 kids were kept quiet with games and drawings, their food hardly touched the plate.

I have told all of my work colleagues about this little Cafe restaurant on the Noosa river, fantastic place! Cannot wait to return in Easter!

Sirocco is on Gympie Terrace so looks over the lovely Noosa River. Our group of 5 visited and despite being a busy Sunday we were warmly welcomed and soon had our coffees. The eggs benedict were great and we loved the make your own breakfast option and plenty of gluten free choices. All the food looked like it was freshly prepared and it and the coffees tasted great.
We lingered to talk and were never hurried even though it was running into the lunch time. Returned for Monday breakfast but is closed on Mondays. Do not know if reservations accepted as we just turned up and were lucky one table was free.

This has to be one of the best restaurants in Noosa. Overlooking the Noosa River in a relaxing environment with a really interesting menu. We love breakfast and lunch here. The menu has a real moroccon twist to it without being over the top. Delicious every time.

It's not easy to get a Good Coffee and Good Breakfast at a Holiday location but Sirocco Noosa certainly delivered. Ordered a Double Shot 3/4 Flat White and got exactly what I wanted without being to strong or milk to hot. The "Big Breakfast" was also very good and value for money for a waterfront location. An all round enjoyable experience.
