We visited for a friend's wedding in June it was absolutely beautiful there. Everyone was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to help. The staff and owners made our holiday a magical experience, the food was delicious, staff so friendly and kind, rooms beautiful and the views were stunning! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

Cannot praise Tassos and Pavlina and their team highly enough for making our daughter and son in law's wedding in June so very special. Porta del Mar just has everything and more that make it the perfect location for a totally relaxing holiday- beautiful surroundings, excellent food and wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. Only spent the week there but so wish it could have been longer(really miss it just thinking of it as I write this!!). Wonderful ,magical place- would not hesitate to return again soon.

spent a week here in this picturesque,quiet part of geece.what can I say,evreyones villa was stunning.traditional stone buildings,with little patios or balconys,very,very clean.the layout of the grounds itself was a real treat.plenty of space with sun lounging areas all around on different levels,seating and eating areas overlooking the ocean(the food was constantly flawless) and a lovely hammock(highly recommended;).
On top of all that,the staff.by far the nicest and hardest working ive seen.wish I could've thanked them more,so thanks again Kostas,hanna,chefs and the owners!yamass!

It was a very nice experience to host your wedding group.
You really "transform" our resort to a real village by being invited to all our villas by your friends and relations.
Yes, every villa has its own "personality" and its own privacy.
Being beach front , has the advantage to create many individual "corners" , so that our guests can enjoy the panoramic sea views from different angles!
Kostas has paid a lot of attention to provide quality food, freshly cooked from our experienced Sia and served with Anna's smile...

Attended a wedding here in June, all I can say is thank you so much to everybody here, they made the whole experience an unforgettable one and any task was done with no problem.
Everything was brilliant, the food, the rooms and even all the facilities it had to offer, the staff were incredible and I know our entire group will never forget the memories and experiences that were made here.
Being a large group of around 24 all our needs were catered for, tasos and his family went well out of their way to make it such an incredible experience, the main thing I found was the care they put into everything, especially on the wedding day, never have I been at such a beautiful location which was decorated and made to look that incredible.

Yes, the wedding day was probably the best of all: The decoration of the garden and the wedding spot on our beach front deck as well as the wedding meal that was served and liked by all , not to mention the party that followed, were the highlights of that special day.

Thank you to all the porta del mar team for helping us organise and provide the most perfect wedding. We spent a whole week with 30 of our closest friends and family relaxing in this gorgeous rustic understated beach resort, where we had the whole place to ourselves. Nothing was too much for tasos, kostas, pavelina, Heleina or Anna, and they all worked so hard to make our week perfect! The food was AMAZING! Best Greek food- kostas's mousaka, the zucchini balls, prawn seranaki, backlava, mixed meze, all fantastic! We loved all the cocktails...especially the mojitos!
There were so many places to chill and sunbathe, but being such a quaint resort everyone was close by and got to chat and hang out with each other all day.
Highlight of the week (apart from our wedding) was our boat trip. Tasos organised three boats and private chartered a trip for us all to the blue caves and surrounding coves and beaches. It was fantastic!
Our wedding itself was easy to organise with tasos and pavelina's help. From everything related to paperwork, registrars to decoration and flowers. If you want a simple chilled wedding and are happy to go with the flow then porta del mar is perfect for you. You couldn't ask for a better location by the sea, or a more exclusive special place to have your wedding day.
The whole week was truly magical, and filled with lots of happy, treasured memories! We cannot wait to go back for our anniversary!

I have no words to express my thanks to you personally but also to your husband and all the rest of your group.
Occupying all our 8 villas gave you all the "freedom" to enjoy the most your wedding/holiday in our small resort.
Kostas and his team in the residence restaurant did really his best to offer you the genuine greek cuisine by using the most fresh ingredient, as always. Very happy that you liked it!
Yes, organising a wedding, including paperwork, is not a problem at all. Pavlina is specialising in decorations , Kostas in catering and myself in the paperwork plus translations. No need for the so called "wedding coordinator".
It was also very nice the Regata with the three boats, swimming all together in those remote beaches and then lunching in that small fish tavern!
