We, a family of five (2 adults and 3 teenagers) had a wonderful 10 days stay in July 14. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the beach is perfect, the rooms are very nice and clean with beautiful views. The Food was great. All in all - a perfect place for our family.... Even though Pink Palace is known to be a party hotel, it is absolutely not a problem to have a nice family stay there.

The only small dislike- mainly for our teenagers - was the WIFI, that was very slow...

For 28e a person for a clean room with air conditioning and a decent breakfast (and from what I hear a decent dinner. We went out for dinner) you really can't beat the Pink Palace.
The people were friendly and wanted you to have a good time. We were greeted with warm hot pink shots of ouzo and check-in took about 25 minutes, but after that it was smooth sailing.
We stayed in the upper part of the property which I am told is the nicer part, but furthest from the beach. The hike down to the beach includes over 100 stairs and about 100 yards of a pretty steep hill, but the views are beautiful and the beach is worth it. As you get closer to the beach you walk through the more dormitory types of rooms. I had the pleasure of using the bathroom down there. I wouldn't recommend it.
All meals including lunch (which is not included) are cafeteria style, but the food is pretty decent and the bar is always open.

I will split the review in 2, highlights and downers.

- amazing nightlife
- good beach
- tasty beautiful food
- a great place to meet people
- good staff
- well priced
- lovely village
- laidback an relaxed nature of the hostel is great. roof top terrace is great late at night ;)

- bathrooms need severe updating - mine had mold up the wall
- bunk bed in a room that could have fitted 2 singles.
- being placed in a twin room not a 5 bed dorm.
- gerenal tlc of the building.

Ive given it a 4 star because my 4 nights here are so far the highlight of my trip. they all kinda blended into one. I had some of the biggest parties ever and met some amazing people. I would sure come back but I would ask for a particular room. The deluxe ones werent as nice as the basic. Which was strange. the actual building and room would be a 3 star. But who cares i think i spent on average 4 hours sleep in my room each night. But a bath mat wouldnt have gone a miss.
Thanks for an awesome stay!!!!!

Having read the mixed reviews, we travelled to the Pink Palace with a little trepidation. We are a family of 5, children aged 17, 14 and 8. We arrived to a friendly reception and an instruction to go to dinner as the restaurant was closing. The food was good and, although you have no choice, was well presented. We got to the room and though basic, it was spotless. The beds and towels were changed daily too. You can walk down to the beach or use the fab pool at the Aloha hotel acroos the road from the main reception. What made our holiday truly special were the people we spent our holiday with. Sue, on the reception bar, was warm, friendly and great to be with. Maria, a fun-loving American girl, was absolutely hilarious and have to say her infectious laugh and bubbly personality made our holiday. George, the owner, was welcoming and his beautiful daughter Rebecca visiting from America was lovely. You can choose to party with the young like the lovely Nathan and Christine or have a more sedate holiday. The choice is yours. Thank you for a fantastic holiday, lots of love from Spartucus and family...aka Darren, Vicki, Alex, Josh and Noah xxxx

Room Tip: Wi-Fi available in beach bar and at reception. We had a room near the main reception so found it cen...

We heard such great things about the Pink Palace, we were so excited to go. We booked for 6 nights, from sunday to Saturday afternoon. We booked the "girls deluxe room", and the only thing deluxe about it was that there was A/C. Everybody raved about how friendly the staff were, but if you have a boyfriend or aren't willing to put out, don't expect anyone at the Pink Palace to talk to you. The food is included and was pretty good. I will never understand how people stay here for longer than 4 nights. The wifi was not great, it was completely off for 2 days, and never reached our room. In the 6 nights we were there, we missed both "must-do" activities, namely the Booze Cruise and the Toga Party. I wish someone would have warned us. I'm sure it can be fun at times, but for the week we were there it was absolutely d-bag central. Such a deceiving experience, I have never been so happy to leave somewhere.

Room Tip: I could not have pictured not staying in a room with A/C.

My friends and i have been ticking off all the top party hostels in Europe and thought Pink Palace would be the 'holy grail' of epic times and partying.

Besides of the good food and ATV rates, Pink Palace was terrible. Everything is sexualized and the place attracts some of the biggest douchebags and cheap girls i have ever met. 80% of everyone on their booze cruise was naked doing all sorts of acts. At their beach bar girls were lying with their undies down getting shots taken from guys or dancing on the tables taking their underwear off.

We love to party and get drunk but Pink Palace felt like a brothel.
