Description: The ultimate in fine dining Set right on the beach, the Cafe des Arts Restaurant has earned its reputation as the best restaurant in Seychelles by creating outstanding mouth-watering dishes served in the most amazing setting. Seafood and epicurean dishes are the main attractions, making the restaurant the address not to be missed. The art is in the attention to detail and the fresh ingredients served to perfection with refined service and a touch of class. By day it is a sophisticated yet relaxed beach dining experience and by night the whole atmosphere transforms into a chic and elegant high-class restaurant with a sumptuous decor. Cafe des Arts is synonymous with gastronomy at its finest. The "Blue Octopus Bar" serves cocktails and other drinks. NOTE: Children under the age of 5 are not permitted.

We booked this restaurant on our first day on la Digue, it's located in a very quiet and romantic spot. This is a fine dining restaurant so be prepared to pay for it. We had a soup and then a mixed seafood platter, chocolate desert and a bottle of wine. Price was approx 200 euro for two, on the high side however it's good and worth visiting.

Stunning location just in front of the sea, romantic and elegant atmosphere.
The food is good and well-presented yes, but does not impress who is used to high-level restaurants (as this place want to appear).
It is anyway the best choice for Praslin’s standards if you are tired of casual restaurant and looking for an elegant dinner.

Compared to other local restaurants this was far the most expensive. Booking is required, check if you are within their free taxi too and from pick up area. (Even walking distance can be hazerdous as there are no footpaths or street lights) Wednesday is disco night. Service, location and menu were excellent. This said we ate at cheaper but equally nice restaurants for half the price.

Good service, not the biggest portions for the money. The menue is not the usual one and the meals are tasteful.

Very modern, stylish and large restaurant located on a beautiful beach. We visited once for lunch. The food was nice and they offer lots of cocktails. The only annoying thing was they played the same old songs all over again. Nice chillout music/beach house would be better.
