There were 4 of us females and we had appt # 9 and 10. Bedroom was very crowded with two narrow and smallish beds, with somewhat lumpy mattress. Our balcony was on the very small side, but it had a drying rack, small table and couple of chairs.
Cook tops in appt # 9 were slooooow to heat so we did all our cooking in appt # 10. One large sauce pan, one excellent skillet, electric cattle were it for cooking. The wine opener was cheap and broke on the first try.
We were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet ... and there was a painted sign on the tank indicating the same...as the plumbing was narrow and if the toilet was plugged the charges for clearing will on our tab.
However, both apartments were clean and had air con. The caretakers spoke Bulgarian and understood Slavic languages, but not English. The male caretaker was friendly and helpful, the female was dour and would not crack a smile at any cost.
There is an excellent supermarket up the road which was opened from 8 am till midnight. The best beach on the island is only about 500 m down the road and the bus stop is also very near.
This place is not for the people who may expect soap in the bathroom and salt and paper shakers in the kitchenette.More
