We spent two nights and could not have asked for better hosts nor accommodations. Marianne & Fritz are great hosts who know the area very well and are very helpful. Marianne's breakfasts should not be missed! The house has two upstairs apartments with crisp cotton sheets and fluffy duvets. Gorgeous views of the mountains.
We stayed here for two nights while we visited Denali national park. Our hosts were helpful, attentive and accommodating throughout the planning and duration of our stay. Everything sparkled with cleanliness and the setting in the trees and mountains was gorgeous, especially when the sun put in an appearance. Yummy home cooked breakfasts with home backed goods to take along to the park. A friendly comfortable place to stay away from all the crowds. We took a cruise to Alaska but much preferred organising all of our own private shore excursions and our Denali trip.
We've just returned from our family vacation to Alaska. We've spent two nights at Deneki Lakes B&B and enjoyed every minute! Fritz and Marianne were wonderful hosts and we felt very welcome. The rooms were well appointed, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. There was a spacious living room that was only used by us and a nice kitchen, where Marianne prepared wonderful meals for us. Especially her self made cereal and bread were delicious! Fritz was kind enough to take us for a walk with the snow shoe and taught us many interesting things about the wild life.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Deneki Lakes B&B for 3 nights. Marianne and Fritz are wonderful hosts and gave us a warm welcome.
Their home is lovely - there are 2 rooms for guests upstairs and they stay downstairs. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed and ensuite. There are no TVs at the property (which is not a bad thing - sorry America but you have too many commercial breaks on your TV channels to make it enjoyable!); however there is free wi-fi which is what we use to find out what's happening around the world.
Marianne's breakfast were wonderful - a lot of thought and effort goes into them and it was always a great way to start the day. In addition, when we had to get to Denali NP early to catch one of the shuttle buses, Marianne made us breakfast at 6.30 am so she is very accommodating to guests to fit with their plans.
Both her and Fritz are very amiable and are happy to offer advise on what to do in the area.

My husband and I stayed at the BnB for 2 nights towards the end of August. We had taken the train from Fairbanks to Denali. We spent half a day at Denali park, and Marianne had given us information on where to store our luggage at the park, which was very helpful. Fritz picked us up at the end of our day at the park and brought us to their BnB. What a lovely home. Beautiful and immaculate. Nice large bedroom, beautiful large picture windows, private bath. Super comfy bed with nice linens. Had access to the kitchen, dining room and large living room. Marianne fixes very tasty and nicely prepared breakfasts. Both Fritz and Marianne have worked several years at Denali and so any information you need about the park, they can definately tell you. Each day we were driven to the park and picked up. We spent 2 half days and one full day at the park. It is so nice to not have to hassle with your transportation. That service they provide really makes your day enjoyable. They drive you to one of the 2 local restauratns and pick you up, now that's service!! They know details about the area, the restaurants, plants and animals. We would encourage our friends and family to stay there. Fritz and Marianne are easy to get along with and really make your stay the best it can be.

The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were immaculate. We would definitely recommend this most charming place.
