Stayed here for two weeks. Beautiful hotel and mainly fantastic staff. Thomas cook family world team good, my 10yr old son enjoyed the daily sports activities they offered. Animation team very enthusiastic but I think the evening entertainment could be improved, too much dancing! Special mention to Zulu - great character.
Food is of a good standard and there is a lot of variety. The gourmet restaurant and the Asian restaurant provide great food and a nice break from the main restaurant. Georgis, the waiter in the gourmet is one of the best waiters I have had.
Pools are lovely, had to get up between 6-7 am to put towels on sun beds. Never had a day without one.
Family room was good. Plenty of room. We had storage space to unpack 3 suitcases and there were plenty of hangers. They do seem a bit stingy with the toilet roll! Two days we had to ask for more as they didn't leave any new rolls. We were in room 547 which is next to the mini golf between the two main pools, great location and quiet at night.
One thing I didn't like was the beach, not very big, and crowded with sun beds. That was a disappointment.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday, I would recommend Stella Palace and we will be returning.More
