We visited this restaurant whilst in Troulos and found it to be a little gem. The staff (Aspa and Stephanie) were excellent and very welcoming, friendly and nice people, could do enough to make the experience good. The food is really good authentic greek cooking, and not too expensive. Sometimes you have to wait a little while but whilst in Rome as they say. What else have you to do but sit around in a lovely ambience of greek methology. Take the time to read the scrolls set out on the table to learn about many of the greek people and gods. Will all ways visit this restaurant when in Skiathos.

This tavern is lovely it is on the main road but because it is high up you can not hear the traffic the food was very nice and the ambience very greek mythology.
Service a little slow but when in Greece time should stand still and you have time to wait.

This little restaurant is well worth the climb up,the steps. Aspa, who runs the restaurant can not do enough for you and the food wonderfully cooked and fresh. The Chicken Souvlaki was the best I had tasted & all the meals we had were lovely. And the puddings, well they were by far the best of our holiday, especially the Orange Cake which was amazing. And all of our meals came to less than 60 Euros for 4 of us, fantastic value! I know everyone seems to rave about Salt & Pepper but this place is better value for money, the food is cooked better & the service is far superior.

Service, food, attention, atmosphere...Brilliant from Starters to Mains for six people, all different, all excellent, and stunning value, it's worth tackling the stairs for a perfect meal.

That's not meant to be a negative review title but as others have said the ladies who work here are rushed off their feet but remain very pleasant and apologetic at all times! An additional member of staff would make a lot of difference.
Whilst our food was great, it was not straight-out-of-the-oven hot and could have been standing around for a bit simply because the waitresses were dealing with other tables. The views from the restaurant are lovely and yes, it is worth the climb. If we're in Troulos again we would certainly return here.
