As the taxi dropped me & my partner off outside the hotel, we were greeted by a modern lobby, which was clean and tidy and a very helpful receptionist. As we followed the receptionist through the hotel, we ended up at some steep wooden steps at the end of one of the corridor. The room itself needs a facelift, and some repairs need doing and all the bugs that have been killed need removing of the wall.

The facilitates at the hotel are good, clean and tidy. The hotel is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away.

A taxi to the airport costs around €30, and the bus to Zante Town costs around €2.50 and leaves every hour.

When we arrived the place looked fantastic! The reception area is gleaming, immaculately clean and polished, greeting staff were friendly - brilliant first impression! We were shown to our family room, which was nice and spacious, with a separate room for parents....however, we found the cupboards and drawers were falling apart every time you tried to open them (a bit of Gorilla glue would fix this straight away!). We stayed self-catering, intending to have breakfast on balcony, but they don't even provide a toaster. There is a hot-plate built into the kitchen sink (!!!) but you wouldn't want to cook on it. No plug in the sink to wash up your cups and plates. Fridge was a bit dodgy, needed a good clean and a defrost. During a heavy rainfall there were leaks in the ceiling dripping onto electric points - we moved the beds and used the one sauce pan and its lid to catch the drips! And the shower tray was cracked and grimey, and a bit whiffy! The third day was a bonus - we got hot water! But to be honest, cool showers were not a real hardship, and none of the above was enough to spoil our holiday in this lovely resort - we've stayed in Alykanas many times, at various hotels and studios. They just need to pay a little more attention to detail, fix minor repairs and maintain their rooms to match the facade of their Front Of House!

We have just arrive ex home after a fantastic week away staying at the Letsos after reading a few reviews I was a bit worried but there really was no need.

Staff were friendly and welcoming 50 euros for Air con 20 Euros for a safe situated in reception
Pool bar reasonably priced €3.90 fir English breakfast with tea coffee or orange juice €2 for a cheese toastie €3 toastie and chips €5 Greek salad € 2.90 Gyro chicken kebab
Shop on site but found the Larger super market across the road cheaper 25 cent for small bottle of water 30 cent for cans of cola oranaged plenty of reasonably priced fruit and bakery items including filled rolls for €1.50

Room was lovely but only had. Two ring cooking hob, kettle, fridge
Bathroom had a hairdryer
Lots of hangers to hang clothes
Beds were comfortable
Cleaners came in every other day with clean bedding and towels

After reading sone negative reviews I couldn't believe I was at the same hotel we went self catering and ate by the pool bar at breakfast time and out each evening,
The reason i chose this hotel was its location across the road was plenty of restaurants and bars cash point and Excursion stall. We booked trips to the shipwreck beach 25 euros per adult 15 per child this was amazing and we were picked up and dropped off right outside the supermarket by the hotel We also went in the turtle trip 22 euros per adult and 11 per child this was also fantastic and as well as turtle spotting we got to see the caves and go deep sea swimming.
The pool is adequate lots of pool floats to enjoy first holiday I have not had the stress of worrying about getting a sunbed every morning.
Beach was 3/4 minutes walk going right out of the hotel sun beds on the beach were €5 eyrie fur 2 beds table and a parasol we had 2 lovely days here which has 3 pool snack bars along the stretch and water sport options.

Great hotel and some if the reviews do not give it justice it was 3 star and great fur the price we paid would visit again for sure

Just returned from a week at Letsos with my partner and 2 children.

We were given one of the new rooms (directly above the cocktail bar) - Room 1.

Pros -

Best, and most comfortable beds EVER experienced on a holiday.... by far! Stunning, soft memory foam.

Had a decent balcony overlooking the street towards the mountains where you could watch the sunset.

These rooms shared a large terrace at the front, with plenty of beds (this overlooked the pool) - was always empty, despite being such a nice spot to relax!

Plenty of beds around the pool - The pool itself was also cleaned every night, decent temperature, and despite being pretty small, was ample enough to relax in.

Great central location. (3 min walk to beach...shops all around....next to bus stop)

Staff were very nice and friendly always. They couldn’t do enough for you.

The room (despite being impressive) was unfinished. Walls still had pen measurements on them.
Areas were still dusty from drilling etc.
Air con pipe wasn’t connected to a drain yet, so we had a constant shallow puddle on our balcony. There were also holes in the wall where plugs, or lights were due to be fitted. (No wires-so not a danger)
Hot water only worked 30% of the time.

(All the above was just being “picky” though - the room itself was very nice)

Another con with our room was the location, and the fact that we were right next to Jammin Bar!
There would be LOUD music every night until 2:45am,....luckily there were never more than 20 people there, but you could also hear drunk people talking and laughing loud.....got quite annoying.
The music was also on loop, so the SAME songs would play at the same time every night.
Not the end of the world for me....as I tend to stay up late - but kids and partner couldn’t always sleep because of it.

Lack of WiFi in rooms.

Food is quite average

Lagers etc about £3.50.....(but I’d go to the supermarket over the road and get the same for £1 and bring back )

No entertainment. Also, the “games room” was awful. Pool table, but no cues had tips. Air hockey kept jamming. Others didn’t work at all....and on top of this, the room seemed to be a storage area for rusty fridges and washing machines?!?

Lack of utensils in kitchen. In total we had 2 cups, a spoon, a kettle full of limescale and a 2hob camping stove. (Although we did have a brand new fridge)

Overall.... I’d give letsos a 6.5/10

The room I was given was up in the attic accessed by some very steep wooden steps, the handrail was som high it was above your head. You couldn't stand up in the shower area as your head was in the eaves and the shower head had to held.
They even managed to sub let my room during my two week stay and I had to be relocated to another room across the room.
Talking to people over in Greece on holiday there it is very much hit or miss to the type of accommodation you get, thoroughly NOT recommend this place a true false impression from the advertised photograph.
