Just spent 2 nights at the Premier Inn in Truro and was impressed!! Have never used Premier Inn before, only travel lodge, so thought it would be similar but there is no comparison. Excellent family size room with 2 good sized separate beds for the children. My son is 15 but 6ft so he really appreciated the fact that he could sleep in a proper bed and not on a 'put me up'! Whenever we stay in a hotel etc we usually struggle to sleep due to other peoples noise and always take our earplugs but this was not necessary as there was no noise and we had a good nights sleep. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Will certainly use Premier Inn again no complaints at all and the price was fantastic.

Staff on arrival was fantastic, really smiley and helpful but not in a plastic american way. Room was spotless!! Which is so important to me, and i even looked around the bathroom and found no one elses hair at all!! Great! It was super quiet at night and very dark. Ad the sheets didnt smell of some awful fabric softener either, all in all it was cheap and cheerful in the best possible sense! Took the hassell out of worrying whether i would sleep or feel grubby in less than hygenic surroundings. After such a long drive it really was exactly what they said it would be...a great nights sleep! Oh and the bath ran super hot and super fast...lovely!

Room Tip: Ground floor at the back was dark and quiet with no road noise at all!

Excellent clean and tidy family room with beds already made up. Very convenient restaurant next door providing good quality, tasty breakfasts cooked to order. Helpful and friendly staff, free / cheap wifi. Hard to see how other hotels can justify £100+ per night when Premier Inn provides everything you could want at a fraction of the price. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Room Tip: lower numbered rooms are nearer the entrance / exit.

Excellent customer service and clean, spacious rooms.
A bit of a hike to get to some of the rooms; an additional access point would be advantageous?
Neighbouring restaurant was clean and welcoming too.

A nice clean, tidy family room. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. It was nice having the restaurant next door. I would recommend this hotel. I wasn't sure what I would think as I really wanted a hotel in Falmouth but couldn't justify the additional £70 for one night!

The Truro Carnon Down Premier Inn gave us a very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean room.

The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, represented good value for money and the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Room Tip: Room overlooking the fields at the side of the hotel are the quietest.
