Despite the hotel being in an old building, it looks rather clean and as if it was recently renovated. However, they should have considered soundproofing as a major to do. I could hear the person next door cough or blow dry their hair. It wasn't ridiculously loud, but in the quiet of the night... it was just loud enough.
Nevertheless, the hotel, the services, the breakfast, the amenities, all quite nice, and they are really good for the area they serve, at the price they are served.

We stayed here for two nights and our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very much appreciated because it was hot while were there. The restaurant also seemed quite updated but the rest was very run down. The carpet on the stairs was completely worn out. The varnish on the bannisters was gone is many places. The walk to the spa was weedy and overgrown and the building where the spa looked as though it hadn't been maintained or painted in quite some time. It was advertised that there was a tennis court, but there was no net and it was hard to see the lines, so it didn't look like anyone actually played there. There was a basketball court with soccer goals and a children's playground. The surrounding wooded areas had a nice trail that was easy to follow. The breakfast was adequate. The website for the hotel showed only a few pictures that made it difficult to tell what the place was really like. They showed people lounging by an outdoor pool but it's currently being renovated so we couldn't use it. The gym wasn't mentioned on the website, but it's probably just as well. The room is not air conditioned and the cardio machines are all quite old and made a lot of noise when we used them. The buildings were beautiful old buildings so you could see a lot of potential for the place, even if most of them were badly maintained.

Room tip: A second floor room might be quieter because there's no one above you.

Very nice location. Ideal to relax and enjoy nature. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The room could be cleaner, and the hairdryer was not working. I stayed on the first floor, and I could hear the footsteps from the room above. Improving the isolation could be a good idea. Overall was a good experience

Inside a Big Natural Forest (around 14 hectares) , this hotel and spa buildings, and the all other gorgeous surrounding areas and spaces (gardens, a big lake where you can drive little boats, the "fountain of wishes"), easily awaken senses and feelings of harmony, oneness, balance, freedom.
Comfortable rooms, with large windows. Large glamorous restaurant and bar like the other common areas. Exceptional quality meals. Wonderful staff.
The Blissful Spa:
- With a thermal spring, wich waters feeds the Showers (Scottish jet, Vichy)Rehabilitation pool, whirlpool (...), really must have magical powers!
- Expert masseuses if you simply want a relax massage.

Perfect!

Room tip: All rooms are amazing: large, quiet and sunny.

I only have visited the hotel surrounding park
It is a very beautiful place with lush vegetation and wide lakes
However the place seems a little abandoned and in need of restoration and maintenance works
