Loved our time here. Hotel is right on the water. The hotel rents bikes and it was a brilliant spot to explore the local towns with a cycle route most of the way. The staff were so friendly and helped us get around and away again. Highly recommend. Really modern and breakfast was great too. Like many other guests, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday based at Hotel Tisno. It's in a perfect location with great views, a great terrace on the harbour for a relaxed buffet breakfast and modern, spacious rooms. Excellent on-site parking up the narrow side access (mind the wall!) means your car is safely tucked up for the night and easy to access.
A bijou pool with a terraced open area is ideal for a pre-supper sundowner or early morning laze.
A handful of good restaurants are just footsteps away. All serve fresh fish, grilled meats and local beer and wine.
Every member of staff we met at the hotel was personable, very friendly and made the difference by their standard of service. Nothing was too much trouble and the girls on reception particularly were genuinely interested in what we as guests had done during the day and what we had planned.
All in all Hotel Tisno is a great place to stay - we would return like a shot.
Suggestion: Serve the same coffee at the breakfast buffet that you can get from the bar!

A little undecided as to where to stay - north? South? Do a road trip? We could not have made a better choice for our first ( but not last) trip to Croatia.
There is plenty to explore on the lovely island of Murter with great swimming. We visited KRKA National Park, Sibenik, the UNESCO town of Trogir & much more.
What really made our stay at Hotel Tisno was the 2 girls on Reception, Kristina & Ivana - always smiley & helpful, booking restaurants (spoilt for choice), lending umbrellas (!) & general information.
Tisno is a really pretty place and Hotel Tisno was an excellent choice as a great base for this area of Croatia.

We were staying in an apartment just up the hill from Hotel Tisno and so went in for a cuppa. The service was immediately warm and friendly and we had croissants and proper tea. All very lovely. A couple of days later having sampled some other eateries we went back for breakfast and had the buffet and some cocktails, which did not disappoint. The waiters were superb and the place was very clean. The setting next to the sea is idyllic.
Highly recommended.
If I go to Tisno again I would consider staying in the hotel.

Had a wonderful time at Hotel Tisno this August. It was extremely hot outside but the hotel is air conditioned, and one can sit outside under cover on the terrace and get a cool breeze off the water that runs in front of the hotel and watch the boats go by. The hotel is central to the town of Tisno and there are two good restaurants across the bridge opposite the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The bed linen is good quality and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and very comprehensive and included in the price. Other meals are not available. There is also a private pool at the hotel with umbrellas for shade. All in all just what we wanted.

When visiting the islands of Kornati National Park, Krka National Park or Skradin, Tisno is the place to base and Hotel Tisno is THE place to stay. The building is clean, uncluttered and nicely renovated. The rooms are spacious and light filled, the ensuite was a good size with a proper closing shower screen, the bed was heavenly and as comfortable as my own, a delight to fall into after full days exploring the Kornati islands by boat.
The staff are super helpful and very pleasant. The cafe bar attached to the hotel serves an impressive breakfast and is the perfect afternoon spot for a cocktail or vino. Bar drinks or coffee can also be enjoyed poolside. Hotel Tisno is on the list for 2017, sto posto 💯% 💙😎🍸
