Very nice hotel, everthing was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
It was a very nice holiday for us, with a great main pool and slides.
Great holiday, for couples and friends!
We recommend anyone to visit this hotel!

The rooms were exceedingly spacious, and and clean. We had not issues with either customer service or food and found the staff to be friendly. As we were only there for one night, we didn't get to make use of most the facilities at the hotel, but the pools looked inviting.

As we were a group we were placed in the separate holiday village blocks.
The bedroom was large but in the bathroom there was no shower curtain - so no shower!
The bedroom needed some tender loving care e.g. revamp/replace the skirting board
The bed was hard, so we did not get a good night’s sleep
But the worst thing was that the outside on the holiday village blocks needed an urgent paint job. As we were only staying one day that was ok, but if you were staying for more days this would be a strong negative point

Worst of all was the breakfast. We arrived first thing and only one half was lit.
There was no staff on duty to welcome guests and advise them of the choices on offer.
Eventually other guests (mostly Russian, so problems of communication) arrived who knew the ropes and they took their breakfast from items put out in the unlit areas
There were hot breakfast items available in a separate room, but the area was unlit and only those returning guests seemed to know what to do.

Only some of the items had labels - note to Management, customers do like to know what they are eating and to learn something of your culture - some have allergies and need more information

I would not choose this hotel again until these major changes have been completed

Overall grade 4/10

A very long walk to find room, had to cross main road, in failing light with our luggage- eventually found the light switch, Good job as the banister on the staircase was broken. No air conditioning, no reading lamps, no bedside controls, no full length mirror, no 2nd pillow, no table space apart from dressing table, no bath plug, no shower curtain, no lift.
Part used toiletries, bath panel hanging loose, dirty tiles and chrome fittings, toilet roll holder doesn't work , scruffy paintwork, downstairs and above us a building site, dangerous for exploring children, pillow cases smelt used, reception not effective when paying bills, food unappetizing in dining room, tables not laid and very little room, there may be more -- the fruit was good, pool pump noisy, bath facet does not pour into bath and NO LIFT

Room Tip: Get one with air con.

myself and my family had a fantastic holiday at the Hotel Simena.
the children spent hours in the pool and had a blast on the waterslides.
the food was in abundance and of a good variety, plenty of fresh fruit and salad available at all meal times. I was particularly fond of the outside grill at dinner time.
the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was clean and our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.
The beach was only a short walk from the hotel, where refreshments and snacks were available with our all inclusive wristbands.
Poolside was just as active, with water aerobics in the morning and water polo in the afternoons.
The animation team did not disappoint with their entertainment in the evenings.

We have just come back from a three week holiday in Simena Holiday Village. We lived in a villa and the grounds and territory was of a high standart. The pools and slides were excellent and clean and the personal were very helpful and friendly. The animation provided a range of different activities and the shows were excellent. Food was always fresh and had a lot variation.

Staying in an all-inclusive hotel is always questioning for me. But this hotel was excellent. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing week at Simena Hotel. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was working properly which is the most important room feature in Antalya. Swimming pool was always clean. You always find a buffet to eat something during the day and food was delicious. Beverages also were good quality products. Hotel was nearly fully booked but we never felt the crowd. All staff were friendly and always looks opportunities to feel us welcome. Overall it was a great experience for us.
