Our second time staying at Conte Marino and the experience is genuinely faultless. I can’t rate the Villa or the host Despina highly enough. The architecture of the villa is stunning and EVERY detail has been thought about. Genuinely a unique find, you will not be disappointed.

Villa Conte Marino is a fabulous getaway. We were in Villa Mandarina - the middle villa - and our stay was exceptional. The quality of the finishes, thoughtful details and amenities made for an unforgettable stay. From morning breakfast to afternoon cocktails we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Our mornings began with a private chef serving a delicious breakfast and catering to all sorts of food restrictions (gluten free and dairy free) - the food was so good. The freshly squeezed orange juice, straight from the trees on the property, was incredible. The chefs really were terrific! The villas are beautifully designed with high end finishes, well stocked and very comfortable. Every amenity is thought through, allowing one to relax and feel pampered. Unwinding poolside every day was icing on the cake. We had a rental car and drove to Chania, Elafonisi Beach (an INCREDIBLE drive winding around a mountain), and Rethymno. We would definitely recommend Villa Conte Marino.

Wonderful luxury villas with lovely grounds and pools, and all the comforts and amenities. Beautiful inside and out. Also with extraordinary daily breakfasts served by private chef. Extremely accommodating to various diet restrictions. Villas were immaculate and thoughtfully stocked. The welcome baskets with local foods to complete an entire meal were an extra special touch. A little more structure to check in, cleaning and schedule (fixed breakfast time) than we are used to, but always well-communicated and very well done. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend.
