This place is great! Really nice for a walk around and a coffee. The albino crabs are nice to look at and the location is fantastic, really worth a visit!

“Lovely oasis!”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

We arrived 15 minutes before a tour bus and it was just heavenly. A stunning cave at first with icy cold water containing blind Albino crabs, beautiful.
Then a walk up some steps to a delightful coffee bar for refreshments, the furniture carved from tree stumps or similar!
A continued walk upwards to an outdoor oasis of calm and tranquillity....stunning.....then the tour bus arrived! Wow, how a place can change in a few minutes!
We quickly departed and felt lighter to the tune of 30+ euros.

“Nature, science, arts”
Reviewed July 20, 2014 via mobile

One walks down into a volcanic cave where we had a nice tapas-lunch. Tasty, good service. Bathrooms have a view into a underground lake lit up in green.
Next, there is this amazing lake with albino crabs (and we wonder why people still throw in coins when it's written everywhere that it's forbidden and damaging to this rare creatures!). Walking up, a beautiful white pool with immaculate blue waters surrounded by lava stones. A perfect setting for a party.
Straight ahead another cave with an amphitheater where concerts take place.
Up the stairs you find a bar with a view to the surrounding sea, lava fields, pool and volcanoes.
Finally, a volcano exhibition which made the day of my 4-year-old son.
Out of this world!

“Brilliant! Wish we had more time”
Reviewed July 20, 2014

This was on our first stop of an organised tour and only got to spend an hour there which wasn't enough. Managed the walk the site, get some good photos but there is a cafe and a theatre which I would have loved to experience. A great masterpiece of Cesar Manrique and a must for all Lanzarote visitors but allow up to 2 hrs I would say.
