Lacking in private space, with no private terraces or anywhere to sit in the evening. You have breakfast with the other guests - and your evenings too if you don;t go out and you need to drive to restaurants. The pool area has that green material stuff around the outside. A lovely setting on the hill that could be made much nicer.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Domaine St George.
I fail to see how you can beat Domaine St George. John and Maureen are wonderful hosts and have made every possible effort to make their guests stay an enjoyable and memorable one. They are always happy to offer advice and help you to make the most of your visit to this area. The facilities available to guests are far superior to any you would expect from a B & B.
Rooms are very well appointed with wonderful views. The little extras of tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and toiletries in the room all add to the special touches that make you feel so welcome.
The bonus of this B & B is the kitchen available for guests use, which enables you to prepare picnics etc. There is also a bbq area you can use if you prefer to eat in. .
The recent addition of a swimming pool is also an added bonus, especially in the hot summer months.
Every morning you can look forward to a wonderful breakfast to set you up for a full day ahead.
It is in a very good location surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is only about 5 minutes drive from the nearest town of Limoux and approx 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Carcassonne. There is so much to offer in this region, with its abundance of history its beautiful walks and not forgetting the wine.
I highly recommend a stay at Domaine St George. You won't be dissappointed.t

Accomodation as good as - if not better - than many a 5-star hotel we have stayed in, but with a warm personal touch. John and Maureen are superb hosts. The breakfasts are so good that we never managed to get out for the day as early as intended. It's in a wonderful area for touring. We would recommend it to anyone, and we hope to get back there again ourselves.

Lovely house, bedrooms spacious and spotlessly clean.
Made very welcome, all advice given excellent.
Breakfast was fantastic. A small kitchen is provided for guests to store and prepare food.
Fresh milk, tea and coffee always available.
Didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean.
(You will need a car to go anywhere, there didn't appear to be any taxis in the area).
Super value for money.

I don't have to write much - all the praise in earlier reviews is completely correct. I will just add that the use of the so-called 'summer kitchen' is an asset, and so is the barbeque.
