Not a bad hotel, for the price I payed in 2011. It is clean, but more a 3 star hotel. The beach boy never knows which key for which umrella is (do not mind, e has a pair of pliers and a saw:)
The ship, part of the hotel, is a good idea, interesting for children.
Animation has to be improved (actually it has to be present at first).

Everything was great, accommodation and food services and hotel beach is only worse but is furnished and has beds and umbrellas, but if you arrive by car in less than 10 min drive to be a beautiful beach, we were on all inclusive and we are very satisfied

Clean place, a lot of green, three clean pools, excellent and various food, great and pleasant staff, various cocktails, spacious air conditioned rooms, sandy clean beach 1 minute far from the hotel. Metamorfosi is 2km from the hotel, and along the path there are hotels, bars, campings, very safe place for a walk.
A minor toilet repairs and upgrades should be done.

Room Tip: The more expensive- the better :-) Avoid rooms around pools if you want to sleep before 1 o'clo...

Nice hotel, very good service. Food was nice. There were poor animation. I strongly recomend a beach 40 km far from the hotel called Armenistis!

They gave us another type of rooms than what we paid for. After many discussions, they replaced 2 of the rooms, but only after 2 days (we were 5 families). The food was good, surprisingly good sometimes, but the breakfast was the same every day and after 5-6 days i hated it. The personell of the kitchen were ok, the guys from the bar were ok, too, even if seemed that they serve people after their size and how loud they speak than in the correct order.
The pools were very nice and clean, with enough sunbeds and places with shadow.
The umbrellas and sunbeds were never enough and the guys that manage them use to mix them, so they rented the same umbrella to more than one family, continually.
The resort is nice, but not quite on the beach, like they say. Actually, between the resort and the beach lays a dry dirt terrain, about 200 meters, then you have to cross the road and here you go, you're on the beach. No bar on the beach, so you have to come back to the hotel bar and if here is a little crowded, the trip can take even 25 minutes. No hard ups for the garbage, only some big buckets on the sand, that many times dogs turn them over and split all that was inside. Not a problem for the hotel personel, many times the split garbage was at the side of the beach a day or two. If someone leaves some garbage on the beach, he will definitevly find it the next time he comes (a guy we saw left his baby's diaper on the beach and one of my friends had to throw it away so people around don't think it was from his children).
Yes, i saw a few dogs several times INSIDE the resort.
The rooms were clean and the cleaning personel came daily, changing the towels when asked. We had a "maisonette" which have a problem - you cannot ventilate the upper side, so you are forced to use the air conditioner almost all the time.
Late in one night some of the hotel employees beated a guy that complained too much and too loud. I don't know the exact reason, but i know that i cannot imagine a hotel beating its clients, under any circumstances.
I won't come back, at least not at this price.

Room Tip: If a hot period or you have small children try to avoid maisonette.

The hotel is ok, rooms clean, all the hotel space is clean. It is a little far from Metamorfosi 7km. You do not have anything near the hotel. If you like long walking then it is ok. The beach in all that area of Metamorfosi is small, but clean and nice. the water is clean. The hotel is quiet, no animation. Not recomended for young people or honeymoon. It is ok for family and senior. The food is ok, but almost the same everyday. The drinks is ok, beer ok, juice ok, only the cockatils are not so good. The personal is young . If you aspect 3* condition then is ok.
