We were in Ios for 3 days last week and spent one day doing the best of beaches tour with Meltemi. This was easily the best money we spent during our stay. The captain was super knowledgeable about Ios and it’s beaches and took us to 3 amazing swim spots along the island. We even stopped at the amazing lagoon area called Neverbay which is only accessible by boat and AMAZING for pics!!

Added bonus we also got a delicious lunch!

During my 3 weeks vacation on Ios, I went on Meltemi best of beaches trip which is about 4 hours. The trip is in a large rib boat with loads of seating places, very comfy ride with a very knowledgable captain, Joe. We stopped at many beaches and different places, where Joe explained some of the history and fascinating facts of the place. We stopped at a few beaches for snorkelling, tanning and lunch and the highlight of the trip for me were the caves at never bay. As a freediver exploring the underwater world in never bay was a really beautiful experience in really clear waters. I love the trip so much I booked a private half-day tour again with Joe as our captain, which was so much fun and a great way to spend some quality time with good friends. I can't recommend, Joe and Meltemi watersports enough, very safe boats, drivers with years of experience and knowledge of the island. Don't miss out on this trip!
