Another accidental discovery, as we tried to find a bed on our way back to the airport, and it was wonderful for a stopover, particularly for the sunset and dawn down on the beach. Although hard to find, it is not far from Venizelos Airport and has a shuttle that takes 20 minutes.

Our room in the main building was nice and the reception/ bar and balcony areas are enjoyable, with a beautiful coastal view. However, the restaurant seems very average and breakfast in the morning was disappointing, particularly the coffee, which is surprisingly neglectful given that we are in Greece.

I wandered through the bungalow areas, which flow down the steep hillside to the pool area and beach. The view on the beach is splendid, although at dawn I had to climb the fence to get there, as it doesn't seem to wake up until after 8 am.

We liked it, but our experience was based only on bed and breakfast and the favorable price comparison to the major chain hotels around the airport.

Room Tip: Don't choose the bungalows if you are not physically fit and want to avoid noise and activity around the pool.

we arrived and one of the rooms they gave us was filthy and had not been cleaned since the previous guests. There was no apology from the staff. The bar menu consisted of a toasted sandwich. we had to leave in the morning before the restaurant was open so when i asked if it was possible to have a cup of coffee (having paid for 5 breakfasts) I was told no I would have to wait until the restaurant was open. There was absolutely no compromise whatsoever and the staff were very offhand. The hotel is rundown and in need of a great deal of attention. I certainly would never return to this hotel and would not recommend staying there.

Stayed here on a stop over before sailing from Lavrion. Wish we'd known about the free shuttle bus from the airport as the two taxis we needed cost us around 90 euros - note to the Greeks, MPVs would be a good idea, not everyone travels in groups of four.

Hotel itself was OK. The rooms were quite basic and, although the main sleeping area was clean and tidy, the bathrooms could do with some attention. The air conditioning did work in our room but it was a little on the noisy side so we switched it off; the room was cool enough without it on so wasn't an issue.

The communal areas were good and the food in the restaurant was nice enough with plenty of variety; 24 euros for a buffet style meal is maybe a little expensive for Greece but for one night it was fine. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds.

All the staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I did feel that 120 euros for the night was a little overpriced for the standard of the accommodation offered but I would definitely stay again for convenience.

Stayed here as an airport layover. Difficult to navigate to the property, easier to find your way back to the airport 15 minutes away. Rooms bake like a brick oven, lack air conditioning and are above an outdoor bar. Stifle in the heat with your window closed, or put up with the noise from the bar (rowdies were still celebrating at 3:30 am when we stayed). Grouchiness prevails at the gate entry, front desk, and chintzy buffet. Seems like this monstrosity of a place was probably something special back when it was built, but they seemed to have given up on the place.

Very old standard, filthy and the service is very poor. In Greece is warm during summer (!) and air conditioning is a must as far as I am concerned. The air conditioning on this hotel was at very old standard and not functioning! The mosquitoes are in huge amounts and we could not sleep at all because of that,
The breakfast is a joke! Orange juice that smells and tastes like toothpaste and no eggs what so ever! No greek yoghurt and the ham taste like rubber! Instant coffee and the cereals are gathering dust day after day!
The pool is old as well and the quality of the seawater is not at all like the seawater on the islands. So, choose another hotel if you want to experience the real Greece.
This hotel works if you are in between planes and you want to get to the airport as fast as possible. The hotel does have a bus transfer to the airport free of charge, but this has to be booked in good time and the earliest tour is 7 am. So is not working if you have a plane before 8 am. Our plane was 8:45 am and the bus went from the hotel at 7:15 and we barely got there in time.

Room Tip: There are no good rooms. Sorry!
