We have visited this restaurant before a few years ago, and nothing much has changed - and all the better for it!
Lovely setting, a bit of the beaten track, so a car is probably essential.
Food is of a high quality - a little bit of a wait for it, but the setting is so pleasant, that it hardly matters. Mainly BBQ meat dishes, with other options in addition. Leave room for the baked Alaska dessert - heavenly!!

Excellent food, if you like meat.

Service is good and friendly. Food is well cooked, BBQ selections can be a little more well done than needed but hey it's a BQQ. Filet steak was fantastic, mine was about the size of Menorca. This cooked to a nice medium. The setting is great under the moon and vines tables dotted about you couldn't want better.

Tip: book if you are going later than 8:30

Nearly missed this fabulous, family run restaurant as from the road (travelling towards Cala Galdana) it looks very unimposing. Travelling away from Cala Galdana it is almost impossible to see. At first I thought it was a road side café. However, as you go up the drive you can see that it is in fact a beautiful, traditional building, all cool white washed stone, with a lovely outside eating area. There are thick old vines above the tables and the area is like a wonderful garden.
The family running the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The restaurant really only provides grilled meat or paella. The meat is delicious, simple, very tender and beautifully flavoured and not salty as we found many of the restaurant dishes to be in Menorca. Even the chips were amazing, cooked in olive oil. The portions are large so don't bother with starters. It's not the cheapest menu but definitely value for money. As everything is cooked to order don't expect super fast service during the peak eating times. Sit back, chat, drink the fabulous chilled Sangria. It was definitely the best meal we had while on holiday. Best to book in the summer as this little gem gets busy but has only a limited seating area.

We went here recently on a trip to Menorca. The location and atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was outstanding to say the least. One of our party speaks fluent Spanish and the owner clearly loved this and gave us a ton of info on the food, his background etc without being too overbearing. His passion for food is evident. The gazpacho for starters was perfect, we were less keen on the Menorcan platter but that was taste rather than quality, as it looked lovely. Mains of steak were perfectly cooked, chips and roasted veg were delicious. We also had desserts and someone said it was one of the nicest chocolate mousses they had ever had. Would return in a flash!
