Firstly, a fantastic location, excellent cleaning and waiting staff, superb spa facilities. However, holiday was marred by a really poor room. We paid for the upgrade to a junior suite, but the room we were presented with was very small for a standard double room, almost no storage space, no vanity area, tiny bathroom etc. We checked immediately with reception, who assured us it was a junior suite. When we asked to change rooms no effort was made to accommodate this. A real disappointment in an otherwise excellent holiday experience

Popped in for a quick snack, had the bacon cheeseburger and fries. BEST EVER!
And besides the great lunch, came back for a sunset dinner, sea bass with couscous was excellent! -highly recommend! The sunset view is incredible as well!

We were greeted with friendly staff and a welcome drink. Everyone was so nice, happy and happy to accommodate every one of our needs! We definitely recommend staying here! The rooms were clean! The beds were super comfy! We had sunset views! The hotel overlooks the marina and every night we watch a brigade of yachts come in! We enjoy breakfast also overlooking the marina! The food was good, the service was good! It was a perfect stay for all of us! Special thanks to ELENI she was the weithress in our hotel, exellent service and so friendly. Miss you Eleni we hope to see you soon :)

We stayed for 4 nights during our trip to Santorini and returned with mixed feelings. The location is very scenic.
We are a family of four and were allotted a south-facing room overlooking the marina, sea and swimming pool area. This side is less windy than the west-facing side.
An extra bed was also provided at no extra cost (it shows maximum occupancy of three adults. We were 2 adults and 2 kids). The room, linens and toilets were very clean.
Some of the staff seemed to have an issue with our nationality (Indians). We asked for a lunch menu on the day we checked-in as our room was being readied. We were provided with a snacks menu. When I pointed it out, the lady kept on insisting that it is the lunch menu although a western guest in an adjacent table was provided with a lunch menu. During breakfast tea had to be ordered. The cup and plate will come without the spoon and so on. Even my 7 years old kid noticed the differential treatment. There was a leak in the washbasin in the toilet of our room (bottom side) that was repaired after 2 complaints.
The breakfast spread is repetitive and monotonous. Not much options are available for meals also. However, there are tavernas nearby. I’ll recommend “to Psaraki” behind the hotel that serves excellent seafood.
