We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Sherwood Glen and what a wonderful stay, it has been our 3rd visit. We stayed in "Lloyd" this time and we were not disappointed, very comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Sherwood Glen is a true gem and credit must go to Robin and Trish, they are wonderful hosts and take great pride in what they do. The breakfast was, as always absolutely delicious and really sets you up for the day. Robin and Trish are full of knowledge of the area and are always happy to recommend walks, places of interest and places to eat, they make you feel very welcome and it is a lovely touch having a pot of tea and home made scones on arrival and of course a special mention must go to Bob, Mr Fox and the girls of course. It was a delight to return to Sherwood Glen each night after a full days walking and a good meal, it seemed just like going home. We will certainly return again without any doubts.
