As a traveller, I have eaten at 1000's of restaurant's and it have ranged from McDonald's to Michelin star, world class restaurant's. And this one is one really hidden treasure!
Just 40 seats, it's very cozy and jet professional.
The chef was fantastic, and beside running the kitchen, he also does the waiter part, serves, and took the time to guide us through the courses, just like a michelin guided restaurant would do.
The food was excellent, and there is no menu, it just felt like having our own private restaurant with our own private chef, guided through some beautiful dishes that was selected to please. It was tasteful!
I had to ask him if he had entered competitions or was member of a national team or similar, but he was humble and said no. Skilled but very humble is hard to find.
I know it's hidden, i know it's easier to go somewhere else, but trust me it's worth every penny and the way to go there. And on top of it all, the location is just fantastic. It's actually in the middle of a ski slope with a breathtaking view.
It's a MUST visit place, and the price is low too, compare with a similar restaurant in a downtown big city, it's a steal.
I'll be back, several times...
