We stayed at Seaview for one week. And we really got to experience the hospitality of Thailand and of course Gary and his Staff.
Na the beach house Manager was wonderful and helped us with all our wishes. (Dinner at our Villa, Birthday party with a wonderful chocolate birthday cake)
Our house (Beach villa) was placed direct on the beach, swim out and you have good snorkelling and a lot of fishes.
Are you looking for a nice quit place with long beaches this is perfect place to stay. It’s not far away from the nightlife of Lamai or Chewengarea.
Don’t hesitate to stay at this wonderful place.

We stayed for a week at Seaview, and we had a lot of fun. Family of seven, including children and grandparents. Villas were comfortable, clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the manager Na, and Joe. A big thanks to them. Na helped us arrange for a car, and various trips around Samui.
The beach was great for kids. Only the sea was too shallow to swim. Great swiming pool at the mountain villas, fantastic view, but quite a climb up to get there.
Gary, the owner was friendly and helpful, even offering us great discounts and upgrades. In all, a great family getaway, and extremely affordable. Definitely worth a visit again.

Place: Longevity View higher on the Mountain 1-bedroom Villa
Before my trip I had booked only few nights in Seaview Paradise in intention to look around at the place and to choose, might be, another hotel. But I really fell in love with this place at the first gaze and prolonged my staying in Seaview Paradise till the end of vacation.
Think it is no need to describe the facilities of the hotel because you can find the details on its web-site, the information and pictures are true. The only missed detail: in the rest room one can find only soap but no bath gel, no shampoo&conditioner etc.
Some special advantages:
*you don’t need to buy fresh water for cooking because the hotel provides with two huge bottles of water and they replenish it as far as you use it
*there is refreshing light breeze on the terrace almost all the time, it really pleases and sometime you are to force yourself to go away in the heat
*you don’t need to care about transportation because the hotel provides you with a jeep or a motorbike at a reasonable price. I rented a bike for 200 Baths per a day
*they arrange a massage in your villa if you like. The cost is rather high compared with the services on the beach and nearby, but the cost is lower than in spas and it really worth to try. I tried facial massage and back&shoulder massage – just excellent, had back massage every evening. Cost 600 Baths/hour
And the most wonderful feature of the place is the pool. One edge of the pool “hovers” above the cliff, so you can swim and enjoy staggering panorama below. And at nights the sight is just breathtaking – starry arch above and Lamai lights below. Fantastic.
As for the services and the staff - the only thing i can say is "thank you very much, i had fabulous vacation".

We travelled with my husband, 4 year old daughter and my parents. We stayed in the top mountain villa, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and very nice patio. The view from that villa is unfrogetable. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the seaview, palm trees and bird chirping around us.
Seaview offeres beach villas and mountain villas. We looked at both and decided to stay in mountain villa away from the beach. You get a totally different vibe in the mountain-jungle villas. It's such a peace of mind and relaxing. I strongly recommend mountain villas for those, who want to get away from the citylife and all the action on the busy streets. My family loved it very much.
The villas were clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen did not have a microwave and it would save some time when you need to heat up the food. It is a great idea to have water coolers in every villa, very helpful.
The swimming pool was right by our villa and my daughter had a blast there, she actually learned how to swim underwater there :). Nevertheless, we drove to different beaches every day.
I also want to mention Gift and Joe who were also very helpful with all the issues we had. Gary (the owner) took us out to dinner, SalaThai restaurant and it was nice and fun. We also went to the concert afterwards. My daughter loved it.

Staff were extremely friendly and we were really well looked after. Big rooms and modern conveniences. They also offer someone to come into your villa and cook Thai food. Gary organised a night out to socialise with other guests in Lamai. Accomodation very clean, safe and secure also (there is a nightguard).

Beachfront access and a few minutes from local markets.

While you are there you should try the food or a cleansing fast at the Koh Samui Spa Resort 5 minutes away.

A great place to relax. The cottage opened out to the beach, so the kids had a blast and we were closeby to keep an eye on them. The staff (khun Gift) were very helpful in organising our day trips - snorkelling, tree-top climbing,.. And of course this was the best Songkran celebrations we have been part of. Gary and his family had made arrangements at the resort for all the guests to join in and be part of the water games, and free flow of food and drinks !! I would recommend SeaView Paradise for families who love to wake up to the sound of the waves..

Fabulous location, right on the beach. Ideal for relaxing and swimming ( which is easy to do despite what other reviewers have said). The villas are clean and spacious and well equipped in places ( for example the tv and dvd player were great) but poorly equipped in the kitchen. All the equipment needs to be replaced and updated including the fridge, kettle and very old cuttlery. That said it doesnt really detract from your stay which will without doubt be great. Easy to get to the supermarket and restaurants so you are never stuck for places to eat. Overall a great holiday and it would be easy to update the kitchens and make it more or less perfect !
