From the moment we arrived at the airport, it was an amazing experience. Gary and his family are so hospitable. We got into our bungalow and 30 min later, we were meeting up with the rest of the family for drinks and dancing. We stayed up on the hill, most people suggested we get scooters/motorbikes but we walked pretty much everywhere or would get a ride to the beach. Take a flashlight with you at night, even if you're just going to the pool because it gets dark! ;)
Speaking of the pool, infinity pool that is, once my boyfriend got in I didn't think I'd ever get him out again! The views are amazing!

Thank you for that very positive review. We also enjoyed our time with the two of you. You made the night out with the Ovada Band even more memorable with both of your individual talents contributing to the overall positive feelings for all of us.

Thank you also for the tip on carrying a flashlight when walking at night.

And, finally thanks for pointing out your feelings about our pool.

We have recently returned from a nine night stay at Seaview Paradise in a beach front villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The large veranda provided both shade and a sunbathing area and opened directly onto a lovely white sandy beach.
Gary (the owner) ,Thip (his wife), Joe (their son) and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, yet respectful of our privacy. The hospitality we were shown was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.
There were several beach bars/restaurants within walking distance and the the town of Lamai was a twenty minute walk or a five minute taxi ride away.
We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay at Seaview Paradise. This was our fifth trip to Koh Samui and we have stayed on various beaches around the island. We don't normally return to the same area/accomodation more than once but we will definitely be returning to Seaview Paradise!

We were travellers from Kyiv Ukraine. We actually stayed in one of beach villas in May 2010. The villa was very comfortable for 5 people - we travelled with another family. Gary arranged for a pick up at the airport which was very helpful! The beach was literally 17 steps away and deserted which allowed for a sensational vacation! Gary offered us motobikes for the entire stay (9 days) and it was indeed a very easy and confortable means of transport on the island. Fish and fruit market as well as a big grocery store were just a few minutes drive from the villas. The staff at the reception hired the best people who came to the villa and performed outstnding thai massage.
It was an enjoyable stay and we are deaming about coming back again.

Gary and his team were very welcoming and made us all feel at home. We were only sorry that we couldn't stay longer. We have already recommended Seaview Paradise to our friends and would definitely return there should we ever be lucky enough to visit Ko Samui again.

Room Tip: Go for Seaview rather than Mountain room with kids

We were driving around on Samui with our bikes and found this place accidentally.. Initially only planning to stay 2 nights, we finally stayed 10 nights, as we were so excited about this place.

Accommodation
The villas have a great standard. With most of them equipped of two bedrooms and kitchen, you can enjoy a great time on Samui. The daily cleaning is very good, it feels fresh every day again.

Staff
Incredibly friendly staff, very helpful on all matters - after some days you feel like part of their family. Great!

Location
If you like some nightlife, Lamai is a good place. Not so crowded as Chaweng (exactly what we wanted) - a bike is recommended to reach the active center of Lamai from the villas. With bike, you're in the active center of Lamai within 3 minutes. The villa location is perfect - it's near the action, but quiet once you want to enjoy you hardly deserved sleep ;-)
Aside from Lamai itself, you can reach a lot of attractions from this location easily - the staff will provide you with information. We found nice waterfalls, the "grand stone" and you're maybe 20 minutes away from Samui's Big Buddha. Besides those things there are a lot organized trips you can try.

Beach / Mountain
We stayed in both beach and mountain villas. Both locations are good, I recommend that you check out both and then decide. The beach is more living, the mountain provides a more quiet experience, a lot of privacy and great views. The natural construction style of the mountain villas is impressive - and once you had a Thai shower, you will miss it ;-)

What we didn't like
Really - no kidding - I can't find one single negative point. Our stay was just perfect.

Room Tip: Most quiet: Mountain villas

The beach is literally a stone's throw away! The villas are comfortable. The location is great! Right in Lamai but not in the noisy part of Lamai. Close to everything. Masseuse right on the beach! Owner and his wife are lovely people. Staff is very helpful and kind. Their mountain resort has lovely pools with excellent views.

Room Tip: If booking during the peak season - book early!
