Beautiful and quite place

Service in the hotel is amazing!!! Staff are super friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed during our whole stay. The hotel provides hats, slippers, robes.

The hotel allows its guests to get all services within its territory. There are a couple of places for dining including a coffee room and a restaurant. Dinners are delicious and sometimes are accompanied with live music. The cocktails in the bar are good and it looks like they are made of proper alcohol. All services and food are 2-3 times more expensive than in the town, so be ready to pay for convenience.

The only negative moment was - bed bags, and as I could see some other guests had the same problem. It is not something unexpected in Thailand. At the same time our room was properly cleaned every day.

Thank you for choosing us out of hundred hotels on Samui and for taking the time to share your review.

It's lovely to know you enjoyed our resort.

With regards to bed bugs, its under investigation as we want to make sure. We do change our bed sheets everyday especially if we have new arrival guests. The main thing actually is the mosquito :) And since its very common here, we do weekly fogging and twice if necessary and we provide mosquito net, spray, plug in and coil to get rid of it.

But we do appreciate your comment and will keep it as our reference, thank you for letting us know.

Flawless

Rocky's Resor had everything for a great vacation. The accommodation are vast and comfortable. Every single part of the hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly and committed to a great customer's experience. I warmly recommand tgis hotel to any holiday maker in search of peace, location and service.

Fantastic stay with exceptional customer service

What a wonderful hotel ! From the ground staff to the general managers , the customer service you receive is exceptional . A special thanks to Alex and his team who made sure that we was safe during the storm which luckily didn’t affect us or the hotel .
The beautiful rooms are spotless , spacious and topped up with fresh water , towels and toiletries every day . You even get a special treat of an evening .
Food wise the breakfast selection is huge and have something for everyone . There are two restaurants that offer anything from Thai to Mediterranean food and is of the highest standard. Definitely worth a visit !
We did the private car tour around the island with was fantastic value for money we saw all the sights from elephants to the big Buddha . We also did the rockys boat trip with was lovely ! Included snorkelling , fishing and a very very large lunch !
The hotel is small with only 40+ rooms , 2 pools and a beach but it never seemed too cramped.
The beach bars are great with a large array of cocktails . There is a cab service that you can pre book into town or for airport pick ups .
The hotel grounds are just beautiful and the staff are honestly the nicest bunch of people we have ever met , they love there job and will help you with any questions you may have , making us come away feeling extremely valued by them all . We miss you guys already !
This hotel went above and beyond our expectations .
Only thing that may need to be added , little more music around the pool .

Special thanks to banana , add and wut .. the beach bar staff who went above and beyond . Thanks to you all !

Amazing Resort!

I stayed at Rocky’s on my solo trip to Thailand in December. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious and the staff are so attentive.
The resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a lovely relaxed feeling. Both pools are perfect and the staff working at the pools are amazing.
I stayed at Rocky’s over the Christmas period and the special Christmas and New Years Gala nights were fantastic!
As a solo traveller, it was nice to feel like I was part of the family and was nice to see all the effort put in to make Christmas special for all the guests.
I was ill with an ear infection when I arrived at Rocky’s But luckily Ariane recommended and ear specialist nearby to help me out.
Being unwell wasnt ideal, but the staff were all so lovely checking in to see how I was feeling that it made a difficult situation much better by staying there.
They shuttle bus to Lamai centre or Chaweng was so convenient and I was also dropped off to see the ear specialist many times, which is much appreciated.
I loved the buffet breakfast every morning and the dining room view was stunning.
I highly recommend this resort and thanks to all the staff for making my stay so memorable!
I look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent Hotel

Came here last after small tour around Thailand mainly just to chill .Beautiful resort, staff very helpful and friendly nothing seems too much trouble. Lovely room with all the amenities you need . Breakfast superb and the dining room location by the sea stunning. The food and service is top quality .Unfortunately we had storm whilst here which made the sea a bit rough but still a good section of coast to be on. Lamai town and beach short taxi journey away for change of scenery and the Sunday night market well worth a visit . All in all a lovely place to come and relax
