We were staying at the Renaissance Koh Samui for our honey moon and as luck would have it we got there in time to be the first guests to try the fine wine dine festival menu. it was five course of new treat every time. The thing that intrigued me the most was the black angel hair pasta which is made with actual ink from squid. Great night of dicovering new food and local seafood. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything on time. the location was on a balcony with a panoramic view of lamia beach and candle lit dinner made a great atmosphere.
