This is an actual hotel in the middle of Lamai town and is owned and run by a local family. It is relatively new and meets the standard for good value for money! I was there for 8 nights at a rate of 1450 Baht per night, and that was peak season rates!

The bed was relatively good, especially relative to the trend on Samui of hard beds and often not even a proper mattress but a box spring. The shower was great, there was TV and cable and the cleanliness was superior. It is quiet and though the pillows are a little tough (overstuffed and uncomfortable), I thought the basic needs were well done.
