Its been a while since I visited Greyton ~ and what an exciting surprise to stumble upon Searle's: Pandora's Box would blush as to all the wonderful products in the Trading Post area!
If Searle's does not have the right seating area for you, I don't know what else you would need, as there is a variety of places to choose: Dining Room, Cafe Patio, Coffee Bar, The Pub, Al Fresco Dining, Bohemian Dining under the Tent Canopy - Lounge on a Bed? Anything else ~ I know you will find it, including watching Rugby & enjoying live Music ~ its all there!
Food wise:
A Fresh Approach to a burger indeed, tired of a 'plat' patty, this one was fantastically chunky!
A pleasant take on Tuna Sashimi with Ponzu & Ginger.
Funky pizzas being made made in the Open Pizza Kitchen.
A Fresh Garden Salad Buffet.
Lamb on the Spit, was a special, roasted to perfection. What fun - a rotisserie, with rotating Golden Chickens!
Sublime Desserts, Yummy Brownies, Cakes, Chocolate Tarts & much more.
Sunday Lunch Buffet, with South African & Mediterranean Goodies. ~ very affordable for as much as you want to eat.
The Ultimate experience at the end is to use the Cloak Rooms & experience a room lavishly set out, including that wonderful 'foamy' soap!
I will be back!
Thank you for a lovely weekend Greyton & Searle's!

We did not eat here but just browsed through. This is simply a sight no one should miss if you visit the really neat town of Greyton. This place is so eclectic that it defies word. The bathroom entrance looks like the entrance to the Grand Palace. We ate at the Abbey Rose which was excellent, but on a second visit I would eat here.

DO NOT miss this place

I have never been in a place that delivers so much. A bar, a dining area, an outdoors area, a pizza oven, a shop. a coffee shop, need I go on! And all good. Great atmosphere in the middle of Greyton with such nice staff. It is a winner.

We had lunch at Searle's whilst staying in Greyton for the weekend. The food was really good with an nice selection on the menu. Kids are well catered for and entertained by all the goodies in the shop. The venue is large with seating indoors and outdoors and the most beautifully decorated bathrooms, really decadent.

They have lots of interesting things for sale and it is a great place to browse away some time before enjoying good food with portions that are definitely not shy.
