Villa Pitti Amerighi

My husband and I stayed here for a 3 night stay while traveling through Italy. The owners are wonderful and the place is just beautiful. Make sure you take time to enjoy the pool and the grounds while there.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great!

We enjoyed a very nice stay for 5 days in this Bed and Breakfast. The owners are very friendly and do their best to make you feel at home. Location is good to visit most of Tuscany's highlights. The B&B has a nice swimming pool, as well as various places to relax.
We only enjoyed breakfast, in nearest vicinity ( Montecatini Terme) there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars etc. Being in Tuscany before, we think that the landscape south of Florence is nicer compared to that of north of Florence (corresponds more to the general idea of Tuscan landscape). The only thing we felt a little uncomfortable about is that some things ( like bringing food into the room) are Forbidden according to the Rules of the house, that were described in a booklet. Maybe it's a thing of correct translation from Italian into English, but to us it was a bit strange and we found it harsh and patronizing.

We spent some nights in a junior suite and enjoyed every bit of it. The villa is restored beautifully in a toscan style. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. The villa has a very big property with a great pool and a lot of sitting and relaxing areas on the property.

The owners are lovely and they try their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As this was their first season there are still little details to improve in the service, mainly due to not always having someone available to assist you. It is strictly forbidden to bring or eat any food in the rooms and that made us feel a little uncomfortable.

But these were really very minor things and we would stay again at this place any time!!

Highly recommended!

We stayed here at the end of July for 5 nights. The b&b just opened last March, so everything is very new and clean. They don't serve dinner, although they say on their website they do so. There will be lunch. We stayed 2 times for lunch, it was very good, but too bad it was 2 times the same menu. The owners are very nice and make every effort to help you with anything.
We had a 2 bed/bathroom deluxe suite, which was very good, huge and clean.
The owners are a little stressed about eating in the rooms. On one day we came back and found all the windows of our suite wide open and we were accused of eating chocolate in the room, which we didn't. We were accused of making spots on the white sofa and they had to clean this!
After this incident we felt it was suddenly not a very nice place anymore.
Generally it is a good b&b to stay for a few nights.

A beautifully restored hunting lodge, offeing wide countryside views, fantastic service and gorgeously appointed rooms. Stefano and Alexandra are the perfect hosts and ensure that your stay is as perfect as possible. Villa Pitti Amerighi is well located and can be used as a base to explore the wonders of Tuscany. We will certainly return to this slice of paradise.
