If somebody is looking for relaxing wellness days, with or without children with all kind of sport activities, spa, beauty, good food - Quellenhof is the right place to be.
We, couple with two children 6 & 10 spent 6 days in Mai there. We had junior suite in the Parkresidenz. Unfortunately, our children did not use the Child-Club (open from 9-21), so we could not enter the Vitalresidence wellness, which is exclusively for the gests over 14. Nevertheless, our daughter was delighted with horse riding (not pony), biking, swimming, sauna and spa for children which we all enjoyed very much. Food was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is not cheep, but you get the value for your money. We will visit this hotel once again.

We spent seven nights in the Alpenschloessel, which is one of the four major hotels of the Quellenhof resort. We stayed in one of the "Kuschelzimmer" (Room 811), a 40m2 suite with sitting area, a bath, shower, WC, balcony, plenty of closet space and other amenities. The room was light and breezy with a great color scheme. We had a great view, and it was nice to relax on the balcony despite a bit of road noise, which did not disturb the overall serenity.

The resort has two spas (with a third to be opened shortly) and three sauna areas with several indoor and outdoor pools. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and guests were well taken care of. The staff in the spas was very friendly, professional, and competent.

The Quellenhof resort offers an abundance of activities, including tennis, golf, horseback riding, hiking, etc., etc. We took tennis and riding lessons, which was lots of fun. The instructors were over the top awesome. (Ask for Christian for tennis lessons :-) The breakfast buffet was good and offered lots of choice. For dinner, the hotel served five-course menus, which left nothing to be desired.

Of special note is the outstanding service at the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Moreover, despite the considerable size of the resort we were impressed how the hotel management succeeded in giving it a cozy and familiar atmosphere.

Overall, we had a great experience and will be returning for the Christmas holidays.

I like it a lot, really good and honest prices .They offer a lot of things/services icluded in the daily price. The have many room sizes that fits different budgets.
One thing that we have to say is about the slippery floor of the swimming pool (they have many pools in the resort).
The one they use also for swimming lessons (an indoor swimming pool at "Forellenhof hotel ") is so dangerous that you have to be careful when you walk around the pool. Many people or children had small accidents for that reason.
In the main swimming pool in the big hotel "Parkresidenz Quellenhof" (the one in the nice spa area) there is a swimming pool shower with black marble floor ...terrible and really dangerous.
But for the rest great cuisine and nice place.
The staff is really nice and friendly (unfortunately most of them can can't speak english).

The only people we could non describe as really friendly are the management people (should be the owner and a woman from is family...
Nothing can be perfect.
This part of northern Italy is very nice in the summer and in the winter.

First of all we would like to thank you for your views and comments that are kindly placed on the Tripadvisor.
It is correct that we have tiled or marble floor areas around our swimming pools. This is the accepted „norm“ in most Italian hotels and complies with the actual hygiene and health standards expected of a 4-star hotel.
The hotel staff is mainly bilingual, German and Italian, but, as to be expected in a 4-star hotel most of our employees speak reasonably and acceptable English. In situations where fluency is required we have multilingual members of staff that will more than pleased to be of assistance.
Our hotel manager’s first and foremost concern is to attend to the needs and wishes of all our guests. Although the resort dimensions are considerable, our prime commitment is the well-being of our guests. The level of our success could be measured by the large and ever increasing number of guests that consistently return to our hotel. Notwithstanding our success we are working and striving to be even better.

Having been to many top Hotels in Austria, Germany and Switzerland we thought we would try the Quellenhof. 4 Families and 11 Children. The drive from Austria over the alpine pass was wonderful but on arrival at the Hotel, it went downhill. There seems to be no service culture and when you ask people to arrange things for you it all seems too much trouble. Our room was in the basement and a bit grotty and when I askend them to change it they were very unhelpful. The Hotel owners (a Woman and her brother) were totally disinterested. She was particularly dreadful and made us feel it was out fault for booking the room in the first place ! Having been to Posthotel Achenkirch, Sporthotel Achensee, maurach and Hotel Schwarz in Schwaz before I can sey they are all 100% better than the Quellenhof.

Quellenhof is a family hotel and resort where staff member’s friendliness, helpfulness and cordiality are considered a very high priority.

Regardless of the dimension of our resort the hotel-managers go to great length to fulfill the needs, requests and wishes of our guests.

In the reception area we welcome our newly arrived guests with a firm handshake and a friendly smile. The guests are than accompanied to their room by one or more of our staff and time is taken to inform them about the resort, the use of the room-facilities, and to answer any questions the client may have.

Unfortunately we can not address the comments made about the room as we were not made aware of which room the guest occupied.

Finally, we would like to stress that we are confident that the level of guest service and offered facilities are comparable with Austrian hotels with the small difference that our prices are generally lower.
