The barman is an artiste with the designs he makes while pouring his cappucini. Also, he froths individual portions of milk when making them (and for caffe macchiato as well!) so the milk is always perfect. When you froth enough for a number of cappucinos at a time, the result is generally not so good.
Their kitchen is also very good. I've had pizza there (electric, not wood oven though) which was acceptable. My kids have had first plates (spaghetti with a meat sauce for my son) and salads (great raw materials help a lot here). At Villa Veronza it is no longer a problem to have a nice meal!
