What a great place to stay, right by the lake with their private beach and deck. Convenient parking to the hotel. Staff is most helpful and goes above and beyond. Breakfast provided is absolutely blinding and the lady who serves the hot drinks in the morning makes excellent cappuccino and macchiato.
The dinner options are a bit limited but everything they have on offer is 5*.
Close to major attractions like mount Baldo, Riva, waterpark or Verona, Bologna Venice just to name a few is easily accessible for a day out.
Close to local restaurants on the promenade with plenty of pasta, pizza and seafood on offer. If you like cakes visit Olivio's!
Rooms a bit dated and could do with a bit of TLC and aircon, but it kept very clean on a daily basis.
Do I recommend it? 100%, it's a great place to stay with the family.

What a stunning place to stay. The views are awesome. Its a family run hotel and the staff are very nice and helpful, Its also dog friendly and they have their own dog who just loves a bit of attention now and again. So cute as well.
We arrived here on our motorbike and parked right outside the hotel in a space just big enough for the bike. We was booked in here for 4 nights so we could explore the area. Great choice of hotel on the lake. We checked in and was shown to our room on the top floor. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and only fits 2 people in so we walked up with the lady from reception. It was hard work in bike gear and extermly hot but it was worth it. Our room was massive with a hugh balcony overlooking the lake and mountains. The air con worked great and was much needed and it stayed on when we wasnt in the room. With it being an attic room you needed the air con. We turned it right down at night so we was comfortable. The bed was comfy and we had a fridge which was great for chilling our drinks. Another great balcony to sit late at night and drink wine looking at the views. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We didnt have any problems with the water pressure and there was only 2 rooms on our floor. Next door had a much smaller balcony then we did and i think there room must of been a lot smaller looking at the layout of the floor.
The hotel has a big outside sitting area which is used for breakfast and snacks or for just having a drink and watching the boats on the lake. They also have a private beach area with sunbeds to relax on.
Outside the hotel is a footpath going along the side of the lake. You could walk for miles stopping at the bars along the way. There was a few restaurants along the path where we went most nights as the hotels menu didnt really have much on at night. Shame really.
Breakfast was really good and you could eat in or outsdie looking a the views. We had a really bad thunder storm one night, not much rain at the time but it was stunning to watch. Sadly the next morning it was raining so everyone was eating inside and some people had to wait for a table. The good thing about this area is you can drive 10 minutes down the road and the weather is totally different. The rain didnt last long but at least it cooled things down a bit.
There is a bus stop just outside the hotel if you didnt want to drive or ride but because of where the hotel is it didnt take us long to get to different places around the lake. There are some stunning places as well. We was glad we was staying for the 4 nights. Someone decided to park their car in the little space we parked the bike and i was amazed it didnt get hit on the road as the back end was sticking out lol There is another carpark across the road from the hotel so dont try and squeeze your car in on the front. Just leave that for bikes and you might not get the back end of your car taken off. Amusing to watch anyway but thats the road around there.
We did return to our room one day to find a lovely lizard sat in the middle of the floor. I think because of the air con being on it had got too cold for it which made it easy to catch. We put him back outside on the roof and after he warmed up he shot off and didnt come back lol Poor thing must of been frozen.
The hotel is in a very quiet area and so peaceful.

Room tip: Book a room with a balcony and a view of the lake

When selecting this hotel for our stay on Garda, one of the principal factors was its location right on the lake side with the rooms overlooking the water and facing the sunset. We were dreaming of sitting on the balcony just almost above the promenade and sipping cocktails while watching the sun hide behind the mountains on the opposite side. Unfortunately, this dream didn't really come true as when we came to the hotel it turned out our reservation was lost due to the mistake by a former secretary. Luckily for us, the hotel manager was very kind to offer us an alternative on very special conditions, so instead we stayed in the apartments just across the road from the hotel. So even though we can't really tell about the hotel rooms since we didn't stay there, the apartments can also be considered as a very good alternative, especially for families travelling with children. You can find all kitchen appliances there, the space is ample compared to the rooms, everything is clean and seemingly new, and there's still some good view to the lake, albeit away from the water and the sound of waves. The hotel itself is very nice as we still spent quite some time there, had good fresh breakfast every morning and enjoyed the lake side with easy access to water. Normally, we're not big fans of stony beaches, but in this particular case it wasn't quite an obstacle for getting in the water. The hotel provides towels free of charge and has own sun loungers on the beach, so this experience was also enjoyable. Stretching along the lake, there's a promenade, one side of which is paved and the other covered with packed stones, and it follows all the way to the nearest villages. Considering that the hotel doesn't have its own kitchen, there's a good alternative of following the promenade on foot to the nearest village and having lunch or dinner in one of the nice fish restaurants there. All in all, even despite our stay there didn't go to the best of starts, we enjoyed the days spent on Garda thanks to much care from the hotel staff, very nice hospitality and kind approach to our inquiries. Was truly on of the rare cases where the eventual impression was positive despite some initial struggles. We can only recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in that part of the lake. Talking about the location, it's really nice - it's not too far north where the winds are stronger, nor too far south where there are too many tourists. Nevertheless, all main attractions of the region can easily be accessed by car within one hour of driving.

Room tip: Definitely choose a room with a balcony and lake view.

Beautiful hotel right on the river bank. The lady host was very kind and made us feel very welcome. All the staff are very friendly. Hotel had a very calm relaxed feel and was tastefully decorated. The sun loungers by the lake were very comfortable.

Excellent service by professional and friendly people.
Comfortable beds, very good ambience and amazing view of the lake.
The location is close to many other interesting places. For the adventerous people Monte Baldo with 1,750 mts high is a must. Just 4 hours to reach the summit, but demanding to go always on the right track.
Several other places nearby like Lazice town, are one of many attractive places. The Restaurant Da Humberto at less than 500 mts is another attractive place to spend the lunchs or dinners.
The general atmosphere is like you are going to be transported in time and places of many years back where quitness and cordial people were cammon.
You will feel at home !

Room tip: Room with lake view are amazing
