My family and I have been visiting Tobago over the years at least once every year, since we discovered Jemma's, we make it a must every time we visit Tobago. The food is very tasty, the rustic atmosphere and the friendly and courteous staff make you fell very comfortable and always welling to do anything to make your visit a memorable, nothing is too much while maintaining a beautiful smile.

Its not exactly a tree house but it is a restaurant built into the Rees and overhanging the water. The food is comfort- tabagonian and very plentiful. You order your main and the sides come family style. I had the curry fish which is fish with curry paste more than a sauce and it was wonderful. My husband had grilled fish with creole sauce - very good but a tad bony. They were out of macaroni pie but the breadfruit pie was terrific as were the fritters. It was our first mea on the island and it held up well to all the others we had.

We were thee on a holiday and at 3 pm so we had no issues with crowding mentioned by others. By the end, our server was very engaging.

Lovely location on the East side of the Island, well worth the drive! Perfect view over the sea whilst we were eating and the lobster was delicious. Definitely recommend!

This is an interesting restaurant being built into a very large tree. If you walk out onto the beach you can get a great picture of it. The food was yummie and served home style - all dishes and sides set in the middle of the table for all to taste. The service was distant and rude.
