We just enjoyed 8 nights at Nanuya Island Resort. While the boat trip to get there from Nadi was long (5 hrs and unluckily for us, 4 of those were in v rough seas the day we did it), the resort was definitely worth it. It's amenities are great, it's sheltered from the wind, it's small (only 8 bures), and the food is fantastic (particularly given it's remoteness). Oh - nearly forgot - Linda does fantastic massages and facials - definitely worth a couple of you're staying more than a few days!
The people are what really make this resort - the staff are warm, friendly, accommodating and make you feel like part of the family. Many of the other guests who were there at the same time were also very friendly and one night we ended up with a table of 14 people for dinner. It's not really designed for children, but our two girls (8 and 10) were also well catered for and really enjoyed their time there despite no other playmates.
I'd definitely recommend Nanuya for a relaxing and rejenerating holiday.More
