My cousin and I stayed in Beau Vallon for nearly a month and proudly became "Boathouse Regulars" We had lunch there a few times which was never disappointing and the buffet was great. There was A LOT of different Creole dishes to try, things I would have never otherwise picked out on a menu such as tuna with mango and mint (on a menu no thanks, on a buffet yes please).
The staff is super friendly and always happy to offer a food or drink recommendation. One of my favorite people on the island is Anthony the afternoon / evening bartender. After a long day of hard work on the suntan, Anthony is ready to provide a cold Seybrew or rum punch and good conversation about the World Cup and island life.
