The food was very good; we learned later that it was probably cooked by the owner's mother - often a good sign in rural restaurants.
However, our meal was marred slightly by the most amusing, if rather manic owner, who simply couldn't keep still for a moment! Perhaps if more people had been there it might have been less intense for us. There is a limit to the number of times one can be asked if everything is fine and then to hear 'yes, it's all very good' before you have even had time to answer yourself!
As others have said, there is wine everywhere - literally, on every shelf, all over the bar, and in several fridges - reds and whites all cooling together is not always a bad thing but the reds do need careful selection for this. All the wine was standing up - and yes, many Spanish wines do still have real corks in them, so that was not so good.
Very well priced and a good meal. Could easily have been very good to excellent for the rural area, in other circumstances. Certainly worht at least one visit for the entertainment.
