“Great Spot”
Reviewed August 9, 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Myself, husband, 16 and 11 year old stayed at these cottages last week in July. We were greeted by Dave, who was very helpful (gave kids tennis ball) and asked if we knew the area, which we did, so he didn't have to tell us places to go/see. Although if we hadn't of known the area, he would have recommended a few places to visit. Was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Three bedroom cottage, double en suite, upstairs single and triple room. Very spacious. Kitchen has everything you could need, excess cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. Even supplied washing up liquid and tea-towels !! We had a walled in back garden beside the children's playground, which was great (though not all cottages are walled in, so if you require a walled in back garden please request while booking). Very modestly decorated. Spotlessly clean. We met Dave and Sue a few times throughout our week and they were more than helpful with any questions, etc. we had. There was an information book on coffee table with a plastic folder of brochures of sights to see, places to eat, etc). Really had no complaints at all. Only one criticism was to put blackout blinds on the downstairs bedroom windows, was awake at the crack of dawn every single day (on holidays ..... need lie-in!!)

Liked best: The cleanliness of the cottage
Liked least: Broken tiles at halldoor. Downstairs bedroom needs blackout blinds/curtains

I was looking up the reviews before I went the week before last and seeing all the positive comments about Sue and Dave I wonder what they did that was so good. Spending the week there let me see they deserved all the good reviews. I've never met more helpful kind people They couldn't do enough for us.
The house was very well equipped and comfortable. The only negative thing i could say was there should be black out blinds on all the bedroom windows.
The house was like most houses Wev stayed clean and comfortable the outstanding thing was how helpful and nice Sue and Dave were. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay

3 bed, sleeps 5 and pet friendly. Management team Dave and Susan more than helpful. Well equipped and very comfortable with an enclosed garden which was excellent for our pet. A great base to trip and travel Wexford and plenty of amenities for the days you chose to relax. All in very pleased and will use again

Management Response
May 11, 2016
Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry that you did not have an enjoyable experience in Glenbeg point. There is a mix of privately owned and holiday homes in the complex. Glenbeg is situated in the seaside resort of Courtown, which is much busier during the summer holiday time, so perhaps it was a little quiet during the time you visited. We do regret that you were adjacent a property where 2 dogs were unattended for much of the time. Unfortunately this was beyond our control but we have alerted the owner of our concerns. We do hope that you will consider visiting Ireland again in the future.
