Rather basic B&B just slightly off the beaten Wicklow Way track on a dairy farm. Nice rooms en-suite. No nearby town so opt dinner which is not bad. Don’t know about its four stars but overall the stay was quite all right.

After a veyr nice walk from Iron Bridge, Margaret welcommed us with good coffey and scones, and Margaret was kind enough to drive us to Tinahely in the afternoon.
However, we did not feel as welcommed as in other B&Bs, and the rooms were not as clean as expected - cobweb in the windows
This was an ok stay, but not more...

We saw this B&B written up in the National Geographic Traveler book on Ireland. It sounded like a good place to stay. It was better than we dreamed. Margaret and Hugh are down to earth, good people. Margaret took care of us like we were friends. Her breakfast is delicious. I recommend staying a few days to explore the Wicklow area and enjoy this wonderful working farm. Make sure you pay attention to Ben, the working cattle dog, he likes it.

The hospitality we found at Kyle Farm was amazing. Food was very delicous and plenty. After we arrived (nearly frozen) Margret served us Tea and the best Toffee-cake we have ever had. (We were lucky - it was her baking day the day before) The fire-place was burning and we enjoyed the chat with both of them. This was our first holiday in Ireland and we will surely come back - people are so kind and friendy - excpecially at Kyle Farm. Katrin & Thomas

My wife and I wandered in after dark from the Wicklow Way and were treated like royalty here. Beautiful farm and delicious food. Possibly the friendliest people in all of Ireland. Thank you from the bottom our hearts.

This is possibly to best B&B we have EVER stayed in!
The owner was wonderful, so accommodating, so lovely and even allowed us to swap to a bigger room than we had previously booked.
We were welcomed by a clean, warm, inviting home. Margaret then blew us away by offering us a snack and then presenting us with a big pot of coffee and two slices of homemade cake EACH with butter from the farm! AMAZING!
We had a very comfortable stay that night, the bed was clean, comfy and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets for us to choose from. There was a separate shower room which had a brilliant, modern shower. We had a tv, books to read, and even tea/coffee making facilities.
After a peaceful nights sleep we came down to the most wonderful breakfast I have ever experienced from a B&B. Homemade butter, jams, yoghurts and breads. Cereals, fresh juice, fruit and milk. And even a full tradition Irish breakfast with meats and eggs all from wither their own farm or the farm down the road! We left stuffed, well-rested and so happy to continue along our Wicklow Way hike.
Thanks to Margaret. I cannot reccommend this place enough!

Room Tip: We originally booked the bunkhouse but upgraded on the night as a treat for ourselves and it was so...

Day 4 of the Wicklow way hike and we had an overnight stay at the lovely Kyle Farmhouse. The views were amazing, the welcome and hospitality second to none. Margaret was so friendly and attentive, to say we were well looked after is an understatement. I think this stop way my favorite along the way although they were all very nice. Food was really good home cooking and the price was reasonable. The farm and the room had character and warmth like Margaret.
