One of the best holidays I've ever had. The property is amazing, rooms are clean, large and have air-conditioning. The breakfast served at the restaurant every morning is fabulous and we they have happy hour every day. Staff are absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and helpful - they even packed us a takeaway breakfast because we had an early morning flight back to Ho Chi Minh. Within walking distance of the town centre too. Highly recommended.

This place is just perfect. The resort is small and quite. The stuff is really friendly and makes sure that you are feeling good and that everything is fine.
The location is just great cause you can walk to town nearly all the way on the beach. The cottages are really nice, clean and quite..
We loved to stay at Cassia Cottage and would recommend it to everyone who is going there.

Had a great vacation at Cassia. Nice room accommodation, great location, close to main town, adult and kids pool (top idea). Great service, excellent food and great wines albeit upmarket (quality) wines (but not overly expensive - which is great for a wine buff!!). Good advice from management and staff when wanting to do a day trip or excursion always looked after. Met the owner Mark and his QS (Ben) at a invitation cocktail party. New manger from France starting this week so fresh eyes overlooking an already well run practice. We were a family of 4 (1 x 9 and 1 x 6). They (kids) both thoroughly loved it. The Food menu is well balanced. Their website does not do the place justice. Fresh bottled water in the room every day (free). We were in BH 1. Best accommodation for a family in the house - 30 meters from the beach, 4 meters from the kids pool, 6 meters from the spa. Breakfast is good but could (and should) be much better. Note the less positive notes on breakfast should not put anyone off - it is GOOD its just we experienced some great breakfasts on our travels in VN and this place can offer more. Coffee is really good quality. 9 great days...

Room Tip: BH1 if you are a family. Do not compromise! The kids will love you for it.

My wife and i recently stayed at Cassia Cottage for 6 nights. We couldnt have been happier. The staff were friendly and courteous without being overbearing, the grounds of the resort were immaculate, and the rooms were clean and comfy.
They were in the midst of construction whilst we were there although this posed no problem. Thomas (the manager) kept us informed, apologised for the noise, and made sure that free cocktails were in order for the inconvenience. He was also a great source of information with regards to restaurants and bars, and saved us money by telling us that we couldnt take the fish suace off the island. He is the type of resort manager that you want to have at every place you stay!
We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: We had a graden cottage, and it was away from the pool, so was a bit quieter during the day

Great garden complex and pool area, private beach with plenty of deck chairs.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Staying at a garden cottage. Was lucky to get last room available. Had no reservation.

I LOVE the fact that it is a TV free zone.
Very relaxing.

Free fast WiFi, drinks at the pool during Happy Hour, bag for beach towels, beach towels and the warm scent of cassia.

I went went for dinner in this charming place twice during our five days on phu quoc. We wished we had booked to stay here because we thought the food, staff and the owner were all fantastic.
We had a beautiful seafood dinner on the beach the first night and were so very impressed with the attentive friendly staff. The food was up with some of the best we had in vietnam.
We lost our key on the beach on an evening where we not eating there and the staff rushed over to help us look for it...they found it!!!
There was an english guy taking orders and serving who was a real assett to the place...liked him very much....all in all a fabulous place to eat...we wish we had stayed!!!

Cassia Cottage is a small and charming resort, developed from a family guest-house. House are well kept, clean and room are lovely decorated.
The guest experience is quite comfy with warm regards and daily chit-chat with owner/manager during breakfast time. We really feel like at home.
The resort is hidden away from main street, so it's quite private and quiet - having 2 pools for adult and children so you can choose between the two. We live in Beach-house with is perfect, 2 bedrooms and a huge guestroom with both sea and pool view.
Foods are a bit pricey but well worth it, display and taste at 4* quality. Breakfast have limited range, but enough and healthy.
There's no TV in room, so you can enjoy your relax time with family/company.

The only minus (which is for all island) is mosquitoes & flies, that you should bring bugs spray to avoid being bitten in house or even at any restaurant.

Room Tip: Beach-house is definitely the best choice, sea-view are second with sea-view over the pool.
