This pizzeria is trying something different - in fact its motto is "ancient flour for modern pizzas", and the emphasis is on quality rather than being a run of the mill pizzeria.
Also offers numerous craft beers.
There is a small meat-based restaurant menu too.
We went for the "degustazione" which are several mini-pizzas, served one at a time - a good way to get acquainted with the range on offer!
Modern décor and excellent, professional staff.
Large car park, and should it be full (unlikely) lots of street parking.
Only small gripe was that potatoes ordered as a side dish turned up pretty burnt, but then every new place has teething troubles.
