The fellow who operates this place has been in business many years having begun in Ermoupolis, then Achladi and now for the past few years in Galisass.
His menu is very diverse. Fish, meat, chicken and traditional Greek summer meals.
No matter what you order you can't go wrong. His fish is grilled to prefection, his pork souvalaki is one of the best on the island.
Try his grilled squid with lemon sauce, with or without the feta stuffing.
Like fried egg plant and fried squash here it's not floating in grease.
My wife and I eat here at least twice a month if that's anything to go by.
