Everything was perfect! Great location! Great facilities!
We arrived late and the manager called us since check-in time is limited (we didn't know about that). Anyway, the manager waited for us for more than hour. Thanks!

It's good base for making every-day trips to different parts of Tuscany. There is no breakfast but we were offered with free set of local bio vegetables, that is great bonus!

Tip: the floor is quite cold so you will need a separate shoes.

We booked 7 days and stayed for 15; that pretty much says it all. This was the perfect location for day trips to Sienna and the wine region to the south. The pool was fabulous and kept impeccably clean, the gym equipment was a nice surprise but the service from the outstanding, English speaking staff made the stay a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and made great recommendations for day trips, restaurants etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this to others.

There is only one word to describe our stay in Rinidia Bio: Perfect.

We stayed here from July 13 to July 20 and we couldn't have been more pleased about our decision to make this our temporary home for the week. For a family of four, our villa offered all the amenities that we needed (and then some).

For starters, we had two very-well appointed and spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds, antique armoires and not to mention the views that we woke up to every morning...we were always reminded of the beautiful countryside of Tuscany.

Then there was our kitchen (with all of the appliances we are used to having in the States…there was even an espresso machine!), dining nook, and living room (with a flat-screen TV) all in one area. This was somewhat tiny but provided for a quaint space where we were all able to hang out while we waited for Mom to finish cooking her eggs for breakfast or her zucchini pasta for lunch or dinner. And about the zucchinis...

During our stay, we were provided with complimentary organic produce from Rinidia Bio's farm. We were delighted of how fresh the vegetables tasted!

Now for the best part...the pool. This was definitely the place to cool off in after exploring the nearby Tuscan towns. (This is also worth mentioning...the location. If you plan to rent a car in Tuscany, all of the well-know towns are easily accessible by car from Rinidia!). Going back to the pool...we all had fun taking a dip in the pool (not heated) but the temperature was tolerable enough given the hot and sunny afternoons there. There are also areas around the pool where you can lounge, grill and have a BBQ if you wanted to. And the bonus...the surrounding views...you are spoiled with a 360 degree view of the rolling hills of Tuscany! There is no better way to feel relaxed and truly feel that you are away on holiday.

About service...we were greeted and welcomed by the owner, Viscardo. He was always at our disposal anytime we needed anything or had a question about something. There was also Sylvana, who provided us with the fresh vegetables almost every morning and helped with our laundry. We truly appreciate Viscardo and his staff for being so accommodating.

Other key points about Rinidia: (1) free high-speed wi-fi access (a few connectivity issues during the nighttime but these were eventually resolved), (2) security gate at the main entrance which only the guests had a remote-control access for (which is of course a plus), (3) AC in the bedrooms did not get cold enough but there were plenty of windows for day & night breezes for cross-ventilation throughout the villa, and (4) close to COOP (supermarket) where we were able to buy the staple foods, drinks, snacks, etc.

Miscellaneous tips: My wife and I have Verizon iPhone 5s. We brought our phone with us to Italy and we were able to use it by buying a micro SIM card at a mobile phone store while we were in Florence (TIM is the name of the store where we purchased our SIM cards). We each purchased a 2GB micro SIM for 20 euros…unlimited data and free local calls with a 5 euro credit for international calls (we had an Italian phone #). NOTE: the store requires a copy of your passport so don’t forget to bring this with you when you purchase the micro-SIM. The best thing about having the phones was that we were able to use it as a GPS when we toured all over Tuscany. If using it as a GPS, just be sure to bring your car-phone charger with you…we forgot ours back home and ended up purchasing one (which we were able to use back home as well). Once we were back state side, we simply removed the micro SIM and replaced it with our Verizon one.

All in all, we highly recommend RInidia Bio. If ever we go back to Tuscany, this is a place that we’ll definitely return to, especially if we plan to bring other families with us. Rinidia Bio made our vacation a truly ideal Tuscan country getaway.

We were delightfully surprised by Rinidia Agriturismo, particularly after staying at other ones in area over the past years.

The modern, artistic layout of the grounds, the its well-appreciated infinity pool, particularly after 30 degree days under the Tuscan sun, made it a real pleasure to enjoy an aperitif and meals outside.

As for the accommodations, the apartments were decorated in good taste, in rustic, homey style, were well equipped for cooking and offered top notch modern amenities in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, being supplied with fresh garden stock made for appetizing meals, enjoyed by our whole family.

A wonderfully relaxing atmosphere!

From the moment we arrived, we had a great feeling for this farm accommodation.
Met by Nicollette (English pretty good) who supplied us with English translated maps and brochures for the entire area.
Organised for fresh salad/vegetable basket to be brought to our apartment and a bottle of local wine. Super!
Nicollette showed us all around property, explaining all facilities.
Every assistance given!
Beautiful location, 2 bedroom apartment, 2 bathroom, self contained. We were in the converted stable upstairs. Just perfect, glorious views of the countryside and lovely garden full of flowers.
As an example of the service given, after a few days, the Delonge coffee machine would not work. Nicollette replaced straight away. Another example was when my husband needed an optometrist. This was no problem for Nicollette. Great service!
We would return in a heart beat and would recommend staying here. We stayed 6 nights and did not want to leave this wonderful farm!

We stayed here in the small house with our 9 month old boy. We absolutely loved it. Our hosts provided us with everything we needed to get by until the shops opened. They were so kind and generous. They also advised us on places to visit, restaurants etc and we were never disappointed. The pool was refreshing after a hot day and it was lovely eating outside amongst the grape vines watching the sun set behind us. Our little boy adored the tractor which we had to visit every morning and evening! We would definitely go back.

We spent 2 weeks here last August, during its first season. This was all we had hoped for and more, perfect setting, very relaxing, convenient location, wonderful hosts, superb accommodation with everything you need, quality, luxury and spotlessly clean. Beautiful beds and bedding and furniture and endless amounts of produce grown on the farm and freely available to guests. We drove 1200 miles from Yorkshire to Siena, it was worth it. We were made to feel so welcome by the owners, it was sad to leave, we could of stayed twice as long. The children (11 and 14) loved the peace and tranquility as much as we did, with the pool to ourselves many days, bobbing about in the water on the edge of newly harvested fields, beautiful views all around. Outside the apartments the facilities for lounging about, having BBQ's etc, were top quality just like everything supplied inside, lovely loungers, and tables and chairs and a perfectly kept garden. The Co-op supermarket in San Rocco a Pilli was a two minute drive into the village, although quite small we found everything we needed there, very convenient indeed. Village also has a couple of restaurants that we tried and liked although we spent a number of evenings travelling the 20 mins or so to the beautiful Siena, as well as staying 'home' for BBQ's when we felt like having lazy days. This was one of our best holidays ever, we have travelled far and wide and often find we are ready for home at the end of a fortnight, but because of the accommodation at Rinidia Bio and the area in general we could of stayed much longer. You do need a car (either take your own like I did or hire locally). I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, young, old, couples, families, active, lazy - those that love typical Italy!
