“Great ambience, great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2012

Surprised at so many of the marginal reviews for this place. The food I had - grilled prawns - were outstanding, and the wine was very good also. The location is superb - right on the water. I will definitely be back.

“Best view in Bibione”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2012

we were there for a small meal only. the view was very.nice and the food was good as well. we ordered gnocci, a cotoletta milanese and a mixed salad, tpgether with a bottle of water we paid 35e, so not cheap. food was nice, not excellent. for better food go to Bibione Spiaggia or Maxim in Pineda.

“Great view, poor food.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2012

Assuming to have found a great fish restaurant, it turned out to be very dissappointing. Hoping to have a nice Italian risotto, we were informed by the waiter better not to take it since it was not good. Main dish then choosen was very bad, The polenta was also burned. After having complaint about the food the full bill was presented. No geste was made. Will never come back heer.

“Wonderful location, poor food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 28, 2011

Wonderful romantic location. We witnessed a stunning sunset over the Lagoon, but unfortunately the food did not match the surroundings! A fish dish contained uncleaned scallops; the linguini had just 3 scampi in their shells in a basic tomato sauce, they were impossible to break and two tails were completely empty & no finger bowls offered; the grand fritto ai Casoni was anything but grand - the fish was uncleaned, the soles were so small I would actually query whether there are European legislations on catchment size; the piece of polenta accompanying the dish was tiny (3cm by 3cm) strange considering polenta is a local dish. Only 3 deserts offered and wine list was limited, unable to even order a second bottle. All in all a very mediocre gastronomic experience. All the dishes were basic and lacking in finesse! Thankfully we had wonderful company at the table & a beautiful view!
