We are a couple with three children age 1, 3 and 5.
The restaurant is indeed placed by the water and has a nice view, but the rest of our experience with Ai Casoni was a big dissapointment. First of all, we were given baby 'high chair' that was very unstable. It shouldn' be even called 'baby chair' as it didn't have any features of a standard baby chair, as the seatbelts, stable legs (wider than the chair itself). Unfortunately, our three year old pulled the chair with our one year old and they both fell on the floor.
The kids suffered some minor injuries. The most terrible though was the reaction of the manager, that put all the blame on us, parents.
On top of that, they tried to cheat us on the service fee. On the menu card it is written that a service fee of 3 euro per person will be added to the bill. I was very surprised seeing 30 Euro added to my bill. When I asked for explanation, I was given the answer the charge is for each 'napkin' on the table! So beware, if you are a party of i.e. 6, but sit by a table for 10, they will try to charge you 30 Euro for service!
As for the food, it was very average. My wife has said she has had a better salad at McDonald's. My seafood, both the apetizer and the mainstream course were very average and boring.
In summary, we had a very bad experience with this restaurant and both the waiters and the manager didn't even try to change it, as it looked they didn't care.
