“True Barbados Experience”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

I think anyone who visits or vacations in Barbados should go to this! The food was great and out of the norm for myself and of course my "clique" made it a memorable event in itself!

“Not as good as it used to be”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

A few years ago this really was a proper Bajan event, mainly for the locals but with also a few holiday makers mixing in and enjoying it too. Good food, music and atmosphere.
Recently though it's changed for the worse and become mainly a tourist thing, and can include opportunistic overpricing, dodgy quality and pushy sales.
It's probably still worth going for a look, and if you're prepared for a bit of a squash, there's still enough of the Barbados vibe to make it worthwhile.

“It was very busy but was worth it.”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

The fresh fish that was caught that day are cooked up for you. You can choose from a number of different "huts" that all had pretty much the same thing. I did not like that they all try and get you to eat at their "hut". They also have tables set up behind the chaos so you can buy souveniers.
