We stayed at the hotel for Christmas and New Year and for my fathers 50th Birthday. Really recommend staying at the hotel, as the staff were amazing!! They made our stay memorable and had no issues with any aspects of our holiday!

Well done Infinity for including the cost of a room safe in the actual price and not as an add on.For our first 2 weeks we had a Superior Ocean View room. Very spacious with kitchen area , cutlery , crockery ,glasses , coffee maker , fridge. Another plus was plenty of fluffy bath towels. Renee has obviously realised that us ladies need 2 bath towels , one for our hair , one for our bodies. We used the restaurant a few times and it was good and we did not think it was any more expensive than other restaurants. Our 3rd week was in a standard room. Much smaller but with a slightly bigger and in my opinion better bathroom. This room was ground floor and although a bit dim I liked sitting on the balcony mornings and evenings and watching the world go by. It was like my own little cave. The only hotel where there is no rushing out to save sunbeds as Chris has it all under control and there was always two available for us. Once Chris knows where you want to be your beds will be in there position every day. Renee makes a point of speaking to all her guests and all the staff are lovely. Next time we will try a pool view room . If we come back to St Lawrence gap which we have on 8 occasions then we will be staying here.

The location is Nice just by Dover beach. But we had some trouble checking in as we got our room very late and no apology. Also lack of flexibility when asking about small changes in the breakfast meny such as adding fruit instead of bacon to the pancakes.

We are sorry that you received your room late. Our check in starts at 3:00 p.m. and we try to have rooms ready for as close as possible to this time. As we are a small property, on occasion, there may be delays because of an unusually high number of check out rooms or group check outs.
You were on the breakfast meal plan, which is a fixed menu and not designed for substitutions so we apologise if we seemed inflexible. The alternative we offer to meal plan guests is that they can build their own breakfast from the regular breakfast menu. We have shared your feedback with our team and we will continue to work to ensure that this process is not unduly complicated.

Location, Location, Location... Friendly and accommodating staff. Great Food and Wonderful drinks. The beach and amenities were perfect. We travelled with 30 people over the Christmas holidays to Infinity on the beach and we'll certainly come back!

I had balloons a card and cava waiting when I checked in was amazing. The hotel was clean and the room was lovely staff were also very nice and helpful. The only thing I would say that could be improved is that when I wanted to take my food up to my room from the restaurant they had no trays or anyone to assist me.

A very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff always helpful and courteous. The beach was beautiful. Must try the mudslide cocktails a good way to settle down at the beach bar and watch the sunset. The area itself was very clean and well kept. Food was good and the price was reasonable
Must try sharkeys and a Happy days cafe for breakfast
