After a fab Safari this was just the ticket. Right size, right atmosphere and nice food. What makes the hotel are the staff. Happy helpful and genuine. We all loved Moses the bar man and especially Eunice our regular waitress. The pool is relaxing and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and ac works well. WiFi is good at the bar and pool. A lovely stay

After our busy safari tours of Rwanda and Kenya all we wanted were a few days R&R and this is exactly what the hotel provided. The accommodation was in blocks of three rooms with the downstairs being a suite and upstairs being two deluxe rooms. We had a deluxe room No:152 which had a very comfortable KS bed with mosquito net, good quiet aircon and also a fan above the bed, there was plenty of wardrobe space and a small dressing table and chair. There was tea and coffee making provided in the room, a bottle of water was also provided free each day, but the in room mini bar was empty. In the wardrobe was a safe which you had to pay about $2/day to hire. The bathroom had a shower and reasonable toiletries were provided. A hairdryer could be obtained from reception. There was also a small balcony with chairs and a table but our view was not that interesting and we were warned to keep our balcony door locked because of the monkeys. The wifi signal was reasonable throughout the hotel even to the beach. Breakfast was taken in the main hotel area and consisted of the usual mix of cereals and bread through to a full cooked breakfast option; we always tried to get seats for breakfast on the terrace so we could watch the colourful weaver birds building their nests. Dinner was usually a buffet taken either by the pool, in the main restaurant, or on the beach and the theme changed each evening we were there, there was plenty of food which was always good and tasty. There are lots of sunbeds around the pool and there is also a private beach area with lots of sunbeds (some of which were in need of repair), beach towels are provided in both areas. Unfortunately, once you step outside the hotel grounds onto the main beach you are pestered by the beach boys. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: 152 was a good room

My husband and I went to the Masai mara on safari for my husbands 70 th birthday and came here for 4 days to recover
I can only say everything was amazing from our executive suite to the view, the food, the staff, the peace and quiet, amazing service.
Waking up to the view of the ocean and the beach was just incredible
I have already booked to come back on the 12 Jan 2018
It has to be the most beautiful place we have ever visited

We spent an incredible time in Kenya especially because of where we staid. The hotel was really great, the staff very nice and friendly and able to help us organise anything we wanted. A big thank you to the manager who made us discover the country a little deeper than just as a normal tourist. The country has so much to discover and you have to look for it and not stay all day at the beach despite the fact that the white sand beach is absolutely beautiful!!!
The organized safari was also great but we thought we would see more animals.
Everything was perfect and we can only recommend this hotel. Thank you again and see you soon somewhere !

Lovely quiet beach hotel. Our room was simple and clean but had everything we needed including AC and WiFi. The hotel is nicely laid out with lots of different buildings so that it doesn't feel too crowded. The food is very good and the pool and beach area are great for relaxing. Be sure and visit the nearby cave restaurant for dinner one night - a real treat.

Room Tip: We had a standard room which was absolutely fine for us. There are suites available as well but we didn't see inside these.
